• Too far from any good attractions.
• Graffiti all over, room doors kicked in.

“I would never again stay at this place! It was my worst experience ever in a motel. I may never stay at a days in again either. Don't waste your time with this dump!”

“This was the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel. There was used soap with hair on it in the bathroom upon arrival. I had to take fresh unopened soap from the hotel down the street. My room was never cleaned once while I was there. I got fleas bites from the bed and I saw cockroaches in the room. It was disgusting!”

• They were kind enough to provide us breakfast after it was over.
• There were not enough towels or shampoos for 4 people in the bathroom.

• Desk staff accommodated our wish to change rooms - the first smelled really bad.
• The first room smelled bad. The second had recently undergone some remodeling and wasn't really ready for guests.

“This hotel is showing its age. Some efforts are being made to spruce things up, but there is a long way to go before I would consider it more than a one-star motel.”

• Switched room, tub taken apart, spider in tub, rundown.

“It is not really a hotel it is more like a motel. Spider in bathtub that was partly taken apart. When checking out my name was on a slip with the wrong address and wrong amount charged. I went back in and it was not really explained to me what happened.”

“They need to upgrade the bedding and sheets, as well as the room over all. We had stained pillow cases that should have been thrown out and not reused! For health reasons.”

• It is close to the freeway and to many restaurants.
• The 1st room had an electric shortage, the 2nd room had smoke damage and smelled like heavily of smoke.

“In general, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were sub- standard. We had to switch rooms because of an electrical shortage in the 1st room. There were burn marks on the walls, above the outlets. They moved our room without any hassle, but the room to which they moved us had been in a fire and smelled heavily of smoke.”

• There is nothing I liked about this hotel!
• I feel even an economy hotel should be clean and in working order this was not!

“The curtains were torn down and then pinned together. The mattress was ripped. The light covers were missing. The towels were the size of hand towels. Dirty wash cloth in the bathtub. Dirt on the wall and ceiling. Smelled bad. Steps to the upper level were medal and very slick in the mornings with ice. Heat was turned off every day so we had to warm up the room when we came in at night. Very noise at night with people coming and going and standing in the parking lot. A very unsafe feeling. All and all it was a terrible experience.”

• Many drunks; police called several times; scary.

“This is a motel that tries to bill itself as an economical choice for the business traveler (i.e. The Wi-Fi). However, some of the clientele was very seedy and it was scary to be an older woman traveling alone there.”

• Location of the hotel is not so bad in that price range.
• Rooms are so dirty especially if you're traveling with children.

“Location of the hotel is not so bad in that price range. But, if you're traveling with children, that is not family-friendly and rooms are so dirty; service was bad and one of the night staff was not polite at all. The next day I paid extra to get a room with double bed. Personally, I do not recommend this hotel as it was way below of my expectations.”

“The office employees were not very polite, helpful or friendly. The rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. I was honestly afraid of using the bathroom. And I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room while we were not there.”

• We were given a room in the very back and it was not safe.

“We had a very poor experience, I have sent comments and they are investigating. Safety was an issue, we were sent to the back of the motel when a walk in received a better room. Not a good experience.”

• Lack of cleanliness, dirty sheets, rust stains, no internet.

“Will never stay at a day's inn. The internet did not work for the duration of our stay. The sheets were stained, the windows broken.”

• The location was fairly convenient.
• This hotel was just plain dirty.

“I have stayed at hotels in this price range before, so I don't expect any kind of luxury. However, I do expect some basic things which I did not get here. The place was dirty, the sink only ran scalding hot water, and the bed was not truly a double - I think it was no more than a full-size, which is really not big enough for two. The whole experience was uncomfortable.”

“It has a good location and price. I enjoyed the breakfast, despite the bit crowded breakfast room, with not enough tables and sitting places for everyone. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean.”

“I would never recommend this hotel. The building is falling apart and the rooms were dirty and the mattresses were filthy. It was not even worth 1 star and we could not wait to get out of there.”

• The fact that I could leave the hotel on Sunday.
• Pretty much everything.

“The entire experience was very poor. Rooms were dirty, toilet would keep running for 5 minutes after flushing (must have wasted 5-10 gallons of water with each flush). first room we were given was totally unacceptable. Second room wasn't much better. This hotel is a detriment to the day's inn reputation. I'll never stay in a day's inn again.”

“The first room they placed us in had hardly any working lights and gang signs and profanity throughout the directory in the room. The door looked like it had been kicked in at one time by the way the wall was replastered. Very unsatisfactory and unsafe.”
