“Loved it. The staff was super friendly, it was in a great location, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I enjoyed the HD TV. Loved the nice Aveda products in the bathroom and plush towels too.”

“This hotel is okay for business travellers. The in-room fan was too loud and the internet service policy was a bit pricey for the cost of the hotel. I was happy that I did not pay full price for this hotel since I did not feel the regular rate did not reflect the quality. I would probably not stay there again. In-room fan was too loud.”

“This is about the quality of a well used high rise Ramada Inn. Staff could care less about what was promised. Loud bar spilling over into lobby. Room very basic.”

“Lobby and restaurant facilities were decent, but rooms were average to below average and need updating. They charge for internet and for two days I couldn't get online. Bar and restaurant shut down early and there is nothing else around for 10 miles. Waited 15 minutes for a cab. Gift shop closes at will. No host bar or mini-fridge in rooms.”

“The room was drafty and cold if you were within 8 feet of the windows. The room was not prepared for four people. Not enough towels or bath supplies. Even though we stayed for two nights and I had requested more towels, shampoo, etc., when the room was cleaned only three sets of towels were replaced. The room was clean, but smaller than described.”
