• Clean, efficient, friendly, convenient.

“Loved it. The staff was super friendly, it was in a great location, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I enjoyed the HD TV. Loved the nice Aveda products in the bathroom and plush towels too.”

• The lobby was very upscale.
• The room was a big disappointment. The in-room AC was very loud and inefficient. It interrupted our sleep both nights.

“This hotel is okay for business travellers. The in-room fan was too loud and the internet service policy was a bit pricey for the cost of the hotel. I was happy that I did not pay full price for this hotel since I did not feel the regular rate did not reflect the quality. I would probably not stay there again. In-room fan was too loud.”

• The hotel staff was very nice and friendly.
• It was an older hotel that reflected its age. The rooms, especially the bathrooms were small. Definetly not a 4-star hotel.

“It was accommodating for business. They charged for internet access in the room but provided the internet free of charge in the business center, which was not working. Overall it was a leftdown.”

• Excellent staff. Lots of noise by hotel guests late into the night. Not hotels fault.

• Rooms, vastly over inflated rating, staff that could care less, singles pick-up bar.

“This is about the quality of a well used high rise Ramada Inn. Staff could care less about what was promised. Loud bar spilling over into lobby. Room very basic.”

• The staff was great.
• Location, rooms and
  internet problems.

“Lobby and restaurant facilities were decent, but rooms were average to below average and need updating. They charge for internet and for two days I couldn't get online. Bar and restaurant shut down early and there is nothing else around for 10 miles. Waited 15 minutes for a cab. Gift shop closes at will. No host bar or mini-fridge in rooms.”

• Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
• No smoking rooms, no refrigerator or microwave. Imperative for business travel.

“The staff was outstanding. I didn't like not having a smoking room option, and I didn't like not being able to store or heat up my own food for my particular dietary needs. Bed was
very comfortable.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Poor pool area and hot/tepid tub.

“The room was drafty and cold if you were within 8 feet of the windows. The room was not prepared for four people. Not enough towels or bath supplies. Even though we stayed for two nights and I had requested more towels, shampoo, etc., when the room was cleaned only three sets of towels were replaced. The room was clean, but smaller than described.”

• Close to train station, good location, comfortable.
• The windows didn't have light blocking curtains! It was bright in the room by 6:00 am.

“Nice hotel - good location, quiet comfortable rooms, nice TV - but they need curtains that close to block the light!”

  was broke in my room, notifyied front desk, nothing done, housekeeper never cleaned my room.

“Obviously they need a change of staffing. I stayed 3 nights, after the 2nd night, my room was never cleaned or towels replaced.”
