• Hotel rooms are filthy.

“The hotel room was filthy, tub filthy. Light in bathroom did not work. Dirty floor. The area hotel was in is not a safe place.”

• the location was right off the highway that was a plus
• the room key sometimes it was a little difficult to get in the room

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful I loved the fact a computer was downstairs that you could use very helpful when looking for things to do in chicago.”
