• Convenient location. Friendly staff.
• Carpet was very dirty.

“Based on location, facility was acceptable for price paid. Though located on busy street (which room faced), traffic noise was minimal.”

• The hotel was quiet and friendly.
• The geographical location was rather remote.

“My stay was enjoyable, unpretentious service. The staff was very helpful, real people with a good sense for service.”

• Clean, convenient, and great for the price. Short ride to downtown Chicago.
• Continental breakfast wasn't great. I'd suggest I Hop just down the road.

“This hotel was great. It was a short ride (20 minutes) to downtown Chicago, which was very convenient given the price. There were a lot of fast food and convenient store options close by (McDonald's, Taco Bell, I Hop, super markets, dunkin donuts, etc.). The continental breakfast was not great, but did the job for a quick snack holdover until we got to I Hop. Probably not the best hotel for a family, but business/economic travelers should definitely stay here. We were on a long road trip and this was a comfortable stop along the way.”

• Room and public spaces were very nice.
• Location was not convenient to city center; breakfast left something to be desired.

“The exterior of the building and parking lot were nice. All of the interior spaces (including room) we saw were nice -- not luxurious, but completely clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was not great -- not terrible, but not great. Although only 18 miles from where we were going in the city, it took 75 minutes to drive from the motel to the destination.”

• Friendly and accommodating employees.
• Bare bones accommodations.

“Good for the night. Inexpensive, good for just to have a place when visiting friends and family. Not a romantic getaway. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend. Maybe your girlfriend. Good restaurants in the area. Fire soccer field near by. It at least was clean.”

• Had great pizza less then 5 minutes away.
• Bed wasn't big enough, the TV didn't want to stay on.

• Location and convenience.
• Small, dark/gloomy room; didn't "feel" clean.

“We were a little disappointed in our first impression of the room. It seemed dated and "felt" unclean. Although, I do think it was fairly clean. It is not the best hotel/motel we've staying in - for the money.”

• The hotel was in an excellent location and for the time of arrival had excellent service.
• I did not like some of the reception with the television in my room.

“I thought that this hotel was excellent for the business trip that I was on. I was in and out of the hotel at late hours and the service that was provided at those times was excellent. The room service was also excellent. I enjoyed my stay and if I return this will be the hotel I go back to for business.”

• Very nice morning breakfast.
• Transportation arrangements.

“People friendly, clean rooms, good breakfast, rather remote area but McDonalds across the street. Hotel offered special $17 rate for cab from midway but American cab at the airport said we had to have a specific cab number. Unable to reach American cab co. On phone number provided by the hotel. Return trip: cab called by the hotel and when we got to midway the fare was $25.very unhappy with the transportation. Consider alternatives up to $25 higher to take care of transportation if you will meet that.”

• Nice, comfortable room.
• Extremely rude desk clerk and unidentifiable stains on chair in room.

“The desk clerk was very rude upon check-in and the hallways smelled strongly of smoke even in the non-smoking section. The television reception was terrible as well. When coming from Chicago you have to drive through the ghetto, so that was pretty unpleasant as well. The bed was comfortable at least.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
• Its not really somewhere you would want to stay for a long period of time. It just had the basics.

“It was great for the price. All we needed was 6 hours of sleep. Not as close to the airport as we thought. Lots of traffic on the streets on the way there. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.”

• They were not particularly fussy and we needed lots of extras, like pillows and blankets, and they were happy to help.
• Not lot of restaurants around.

“The room was nice, a little small for 4 people, but we just slept in it. We were out more enjoying Chicago. The staff was very nice and happily gave us pillows, blankets, and help. The housekeeping staff is awesome, never ran out of clean towels. It is near major streets to get almost anywhere you want to go, but you do need to travel just a few minutes to get to something other them IHOP. It was a nice stay, peaceful at night, and very affordable if you are ion a budget.”

• It was convenient to Midway airport, I felt safe, and I could get dinner delivered from a nearby restaurant.
• It was OK, pretty clean but not great.

“For the price it was good. The staff was very helpful and it was very convenient to Midway airport. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay, but for a night or two it was fine. I got dinner delivered to my room from a nearby restaurant and McDonald's is right across the street.”

• The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good and the shower was great.
• There wasn't really anything that I didn't like except for the walls could have been cleaner. I would like to have seen air fresheners in the room.

“Over all the stay was good. We had a good night's sleep and good coffee and shower the next morning.”

• Firm beds, AC worked.
• The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

“This place is not close to the airport (7 miles) or good food choices, basically it feels like it is located in a suburban wasteland. The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I would not recommend it, even though it was the lowest price in the area.”

• Friendly around nice and clean location little odd place but all over good and nice don't know what else to say.
• Don't like location maybe I am wrong kind a far from airport and they forget to clean my room for next day but its ok.

• Comfortable bed, away from street enough to be quite.
• Advised in vicinity of airport, was not convenient. Hard to get taxi to drive to the suburbs! Could've rented a car for the taxi ride we needed.

“Had van with hotel name on it parked in the immediate first spot and we could not get a ride 1 mile down the road to a restaurant while we waited for a bus. We had to walk with 3 bags of luggage??? Worst service I've experienced in 30+yrs of traveling.”
