“Hotel was nice but, they tend to penny pinch the costumer with endless fees for almost everything.”

“Old property, poorly maintained, not clean, lousy parking and was too expensive. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Not much to say since we arrived in the middle of the night and left by 9:00 a.m. on our way to our day's event. It seemed very nice.”

“I was very disappointed in the dirty carpet. Not what I expected out of a Marriott.”

“If you want to use public transport there is no better location near O'hare . Blue line train station is just couple of minutes walk so great location! 24 hour grocery store just about 0.3 miles away, store is huge and you get everything you need just like Walmart. Parking car can be costly as its $24 per night. It will cost you only $9 per day. No microwave but they offer complimentary refrigerator . Overall good hotel if you can find it around $80.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was overcrowded so we were not able to use it many days. The decor was a little outdated. The train station is right behind the hotel, it is about a 40 minute ride to the city.”

“The hotel was nice, the night staff was snotty, and they charge for parking. Then, when responding to a little comment card in my room, which encourages people to call the customer service desk, I called and was simply told to write it down. Talk about lack of empathy, and inconsistent messages.”

“Very happy with the hotel, except they charge outrageous add-on fees $10/day for internet and $24 per day for parking. Doesn't cost that much in the city.”

“No frills, decent hotel room. Room was small, accommodations were not great but not terrible. The worst part was the poor mattress. When I sat down on the edge of the bed, and I'm only 180lbs, I almost went to the floor.”

“Great place to stay. Clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, the food at the restaurant was well priced.”

“Hotel needs to be renewed. Was very difficult to control temperature in room because thermostat was not digital (it only had 5 settings for temperature). Bathroom was small and not unique in any way. Furniture, lamps, and dressers were very old (I don't mean antique, I mean old). TV was not flat screen and was very small for the room.”

“Hotel was great but the downside is the $22 per night they charge for parking that you don't know about until you arrive.”

“The Hotel was very clean and nice, the room that I staying in was to likeness. I do not agree with paying $22 a day for parking. This is the first Hotel that I had to pay for parking, ridiculous!!”

“Great hotel. Right off I-90. Short drive to downtown. Hotel staff very friendly. Very nice pool. Ordered food from the restaurant and it was very good. Not too pricey either. Over all stay was very nice. Rooms a bit small, bathroom very small. But was a very nice stay and would stay there again.”

“It's not the best Marriott I've ever stayed at. It's old and not what I would expect of a 3 1/2 star hotel. The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms are tiny. And charging $22.00 a day for parking is absolutely ridiculous! That ruins the whole stay.”

“This hotel was great. The room had plenty of plugs for my laptop even next to the bed. Ultra modern /very quiet; large LCD TV with free wireless. Fantastic bathroom and amenities. Nicest hotel I have stayed in at Ohare area. Close to convention center, but no near dining unless you visit another hotel. Will go there again.”
