“Great place. Luxurious accommodations. Would have liked to have had a hot tub in the room. The neighborhood didn't feel good, may be, have shuttles to popular places such as Michigan Avenue. Also, we would have liked a convenience store in the hotel.”

“I was there with my sisters for the weekend and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and nicely decorated. Suitable to business or pleasure and easy access to the parking structure and a short walk to the L-train going downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel is stuck behind a couple of office buildings, so it wasn't easy to find. Good value overall. Very short walk to the Metro access on the other side of the adjacent building, which made the city very accessible. Comfortable room.”

“I found the hotel to be a pleasant experience. Beautiful room and comfortable. Hotel was in a weird location in an office park and was kind of
hard to find. The highway was loud nearby. Not a good place to stay if you are doing things in downtown Chicago.”

“Close to O'Hare, friendly staff. Questionable parking garage - didn't feel safe, also very icy, not salted or shoveled.”

“We would probably stay here again, even though parking cost $20/day. And I think it would be difficult to stay at this location without your own transportation.”

“I
really loved my stay there and hope to come back again. Every one there was very helpful in every thing we did (the resturant, pool, bar) and more the staff. They were friendly and very helpful in helping you get around the city and any thing else you wanted, so to all that works there keep smiling and stay as nice as you are.”

“Comfortable staying. Due to power outage, there was no coffee. Management should be able to provide coffee for the guests, not send them to Starbucks.”

“Parking was $20, the sleeper sofa was pretty ratty. For the price and the stars level of this hotel I hoped to get something better. The swimming pool, hot-tub, and Jacuzzi were pretty nice. All in all it was ok. I was surprised at how small the rooms where even with the double beds and sleeper sofas, I hoped for more living space.”

“Everything was perfect except paying for the parking. There was a park and ride garage just 2 minute walk from the hotel which was much cheaper than the hotel. The room where
I stayed has a bad shower door.”

“The hotel was nice and affordable. When I arrived at the hotel with a visiting friends from out of town I was informed we were only to get a room with 1 king bed and a sofa pullout. Not wanting to subject my friend to sharing a bed, I took the pullout. Bad choice - I wound up not getting to sleep and my 4:30 am, I left the hotel to return to my own place. The day manager was able to procure a room with 2 double beds for the next night and they complimented one night's parking.”

“The hotel is a nice building although the location is just in a residential town and the parking is outrageous.”
