• Location was convenient.
• There was a charge to use the computer in the business center per minute!

“I enjoyed staying at this hotel in Chicago because it was very convenient for me since I needed to travel out of O'Hare Airport. The staff was very accommodating and friendly upon check in. I am simply concerned about the fact that I had to spend over $70 in the business center using a computer. I spent two hours completing a term paper for a graduate course and was charged by the minute to use the computer. Other hotels offer this same service for free. I think that the Renaissance should reconsider and allow patrons to use the facilities in the business center for free.”

• Attractive, many amenities.
• Having to pay $20/night for parking!

“The hotel was somewhat difficult to fine, being that it was in the dark and raining, the Map quest directions had us exiting on the wrong exit and the hotel didn't have a lighted sign to help us find our way. However, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!”

• The hotel room was not as described. (Was a studio, not a suite)?

“The hotel was clean, well maintained. The room was not as described (was a studio with a couch. Did not have a separate bedroom with TV.”

• Friendly staff, super organized. Printed direction maps for us. Stored a cooler for us in freezer. Just super nice people.
• Expensive and not so good quality restaurant.

• I liked the television.
• Shower flooded, room was too cold thermostat was broken not comfortable.

“I wouldn't recommend this room for the price. Its a very expensive hotel but not comfortable. Our room was supposed to be a two room suite but was one room with a pull out couch. Not very happy with this hotel and will never return to this hotel again.”

• Close to train station into Chicago $5 round trip.
• Bed was like a slab of concrete.

“Nicely appointed room. Very short walk to blue line train (runs from OHare into downtown) 2 room suites. In the "living room" side, you could hear every noise in the hallway, but bedroom was very quiet. Only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock and there was no tub in the bathroom, shower only.”

• The room was beautiful, best bathroom ever.
• Nothing I disliked absolutely nothing.

“Staff was friendly and helpful, pool was amazing, room was very clean and nicely furnished, it was quiet, room service was fast and delicious, and it was exactly as described, I would defiantly stay there again.”

• I chose the hotel because of the amenities (hot tub/swimming pool) and they were great!
• It would have been nice if the parking was complimentary. I noticed parking lots around the hotel that were free.

“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. I did not have any preconceived notions about the hotel. The rooms were like a suite (living room, bedroom and a large bathroom). I mostly enjoyed the bathroom. It had a large square room shower that had a glass door. Overall, it was a very contemporary looking space. The only thing it was missing was a patio/balcony.”

• The room is very spacious, comfortable and makes me feel as if Im home.
• There's no free Wi-fi in the room or even in the business center.

“I was first very surprised and glad about the size of the room I got. It is my first time to stay in such a suite. I love the bedding and furniture but I really wish that the bath tub is bigger (I can't even fit my whole body there) and presence of microwave, kitchen sink and free Wi-fi would certainly make my stay a lot better.”

• The hotel accommodations were excellent; especially the two TVs allow parents and children to watch different programs. The pool facilities were great.
• Reservation by calling hotel before arrival to reserve a double bed did not help.

“The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I recommend to anyone especially to families with young kids.”

• Requested extra blankets and it took 24 hours to get and 3 requests.

“Overall good hotel. However, should have had duel controls for air and more separation of the living room area. Microwave would have been nice. Was conveniently located by the train station, making travel into the city simple.”

• Convenience when using cta; king size bed was perfect.
• Too steep of a daily fee to park my vehicle at your hotel, continental breakfast prices are outrageous.

“Excellent location, in relation to, the Chicago transit system. Just a short walk across a well lit parking lot. Weight room / fitness center is above average. The pool doesn't seem to be very "kid friendly". Our king size bed was very comfortable.”

• My sign was quick and efficient. The check in staff was friendly and informative. The luggage gentlemen were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

• Stayed 2 nights and there were 2 couples and 3 towels each day.
