• Quiet room.
• Bad maid service.

“6 day stay & room was cleaned but bed linens never changed. Towels, bath mat, glassware, coffee items, were not completely replaced every day.”

• Close to our concert venue.
• Empty dominos pizza box in the room when we checked in.

• Close to my office.
• Dirty. Always trash in elevator. Room not vacuumed until third day.

“I would not stay here again even though it is within a half mile of my new office. I will be using hotel for the next 3 months at least. ”

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• Hotel needs a thorough cleaning and updating.

“Our room was not clean - hair all over in the bathroom, trash on the floor, drawers didn't slide well, carpet in room filthy - kids walked around for 15 minutes and their feet were black!! Cigarette burns in the blankets/comforters. We were not pleased with the value of the room. Superstar breakfast only mean a bagel or stale Danish. Overall odor of facility was poor. We will definitely not be staying here again!”
