• There were no public telephones and the room had no bathtub.

• Inside architecture is impressive.
• The A/C didn't work & there was significant audible outside noise.

“This hotel is located close to an El stop, which makes it convenient to get to downtown. However, it is also under the flight path of Chicago O'Hare, the planes of which can be heard from time to time. The area around the hotel has an industrial feel and one needs to travel away from the hotel to enjoy any meaningful Chicago attractions.”

• They have great managers.
• The shuttle bus did not come for me and my daughter 2 times in a row.

“The hotel is great. The food is great and so are the employees. We had some trouble with the bus shuttle not coming but the managers handled the situation. I would definitely stay here again with my daughter.”

“This hotel has really great staff, a contemporary ambiance, great room service menu, and great beds! It's great for business travelers and I also thought that it would be great for leisure travel/couples. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.”

• They gave us a VIP suite that was incredible.
• Had to call twice for a crib.

“The wife and the kids all loved the large room, the Jacuzzi, and the walk-in shower.”

• I love the fact that the hotel is so easily accessible.
• I did not like having no pool and no free computers in a business center.

“The hotel is a beautiful one. I only wish they had a pool and a better business center. I had a problem with the shuttle not coming 2 days in a row for hours. The situation however, was taken care of by the hotel managers. I had a good stay with my daughter. I would definitely stay here again.”

• I loved the decor and the feeling of the hotel.
• The room was really small.

“Everything was really great at the hotel. My largest complaint was that the rooms were super small. For one night it was fine but I would have a hard time staying in the small space for a longer period of time.”

• Proximity to O'Hare.
• Very expensive to eat onsite. Parking in the lot was an additional $20/night.

“The Hyatt Rosemont is a good choice for a business traveler. However, for anyone who is a casual traveler and would like less expensive meal options or even retail shops or entertainment, the Hyatt is not the best option.”

• Staff very friendly, work out room available 24 hours.
• Charged additional $20 to park there, very upsetting. Long walk from front desk to our room. No pool. Not soundproof near airport.

“The staff went above and beyond with attempting to help us find the local movie theater and show times. Every encounter with the staff they were warm and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely. The main lobby is very interesting to look at and they have many common areas to lounge and spend time in away from your room. The rooms in the "towers" are a bit of a hike or closer rooms require you to conquer one flight of stairs. The work out facility is beautiful with the latest equipment. However it is right next to the front desk so you have to walk through the lobby all sweaty from your work out, not very private. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The pay per view movies averaged about $14, I thought that was expensive. The hotel boasts about sound proof rooms (being right near an OHare Airport) but it could have been better. Finally they charged us an additional $20 to park for the night. This was an additional charge of which we were not given advanced notice.”

• Beautiful lobby, great location.
• Small room, no free wi-fi.

“Nice hotel, very close to the freeway and restaurants. We got a room in one of the round towers and it was a bit small, but there were only two of us, so it was sufficient. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel.”

• Parking is too expensive, added $20 per day to cost of room.

“Hotel is nice enough, but paying $20/day for parking is ridiculous when it was only for overnight. I'm not likely to come again, if at all possible because I always have to rent a car while in Chicago.”

• Nice people. Great room.
• No pool. Difficult layout.

“Great location if your going to the convention center. More challenging if you're doing a concert at the Allstate Area. Very pleasant staff. Room is very spacious and excellent bed. Wanted a pool, but nope, not there!”

• It was a very classy and well laid out hotel. Very convenient.
• Parking is a bit expensive even as a hotel guest.

• Very clean, friendly staff, nice hotel.
• I did not like that there was no free parking and for one night it was $20.

“Very nice, clean, hotel. The shower heads need to be fixed and the parking was expensive. But the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly and helpful.”
