• Customer service of clerk at the front desk was one of exceeding expectations!
• Shuttle did not take you to train blue line nor the rental car location other then that an excellent stay!

“My wife and I would both recommend this hotel based on customer service we received was above the standard! Located within walking range of blue line to take you into Chicago Metro, quick exit on 294 South the get you the Notre Dame game! Close to O'Hare terminal!”

• Looked like a brand new hotel. Beautiful rooms.
• Would have liked a fridge and microwave in room - no charge.

“I was more than surprised by the hotel's beauty. The rooms , the lobby, the bars were fantastic. I will say that it need more elevators(although in their defense their were 2 weddings, a convention and a Taylor swift concert that flooded the hotel). I would stay there again without hesitation.”

• Thin walls, you hear everything in the hallway and water being used in a neighboring room. For the price definitely not worth the stay.

“This hotel was nice from the exterior, lobby and restaurant. But as far as the stay was concerned. Definitely not satisfied. The walls were thin, you hear the toilets, water running from neighboring rooms as well as everything in the hallway. Do not recommend this hotel.”

• Shuttle to the airport.
• Only one restaurant that was very expensive - needed to rely on cabs to get to other restaurants - 3 blocks from the subway.

“This is not a 4 star hotel - the rooms are clean but small. There are no amenities for families. This hotel should only be recommended for people going to a convention at the Hyatt. You are 25 minutes from downtown on the Subway - no family friendly restaurants close enough to walk too. You will spent lots of money buying movies in your room to entertain the kids. No bathtub in room - no swimming pool or hot tub. Don't stay here-try to find a room closer to the city.”

• The room was very nice but small. I liked the lounge.
• No swimming pool, the prices are outrageous for drinks and food and parking.

“It is nice but expensive, we were just in town for a concert and we were not getting reimbursed by any company like a lot of your business travelers.”

• White clean bedding, great staff, and the Starbucks coffee available for purchase.
• $22 self-parking, and it is a long hike from the car to hotel so probably valet next time, wedding reception in hotel made it hard to sleep.

• The hotel was well kept with beautiful, modern interior design and courteous staff.
• How to find the entrance from parking lot. Signs along the way would have been helpful.

“Loved the room, the architecture, interior design, and the staff. I wanted to buy the bed in my room with all the furnishings and bedding and have it shipped to my home. Loved it! Wish I could have stayed longer.”

“Beautiful architecture built in 1969 with massive open interior to entire hotel. Ask for room away from flight path to reduce nighttime jet noise.”

• It is a large an elegant hotel, it only has one small restaurant with not very good food.

• Nice and big beds and nice rooms.
• Maids didn't clean rooms in between nights of staying.

“Would have liked to have clean towels on day two. And maid didn't come in and clean the sheets and make the bed... Was kinda disappointed”

• Very clean, rooms handsomely decorated.
• It did not have free wireless access in the public spaces.

“It was perfect for what I needed, which was a place near O'Hare to fly out of. Very comfortable and the front desk staff were accommodating and helpful.”
