• Quality of bedding, separate shower, luxurious all over feel.
• what's not to like?

“This was an unexpected luxury for the price I paid through Priceline. The attention to detail was obviously done by someone who travels. The kitchenette was located away from the sleeping area so if one person wanted coffee early, the other person wasn't disturbed, especially with the French doors closed.”

• Clean, good air conditioning, and upscale amenities.
• Parking for $22.00.

“Would never stay here again. What we saved on Priceline, we lost on a daily parking fee of $22.00. Way out of line, and inconvenient for family and friends to have to take a ticket and possibly pay. No way will we pay $22.00 a day to park again, therefore, although we loved the hotel, not worth it.”

• Spacious comfortable rooms with comfy bedding.
• Charges for parking as well as charges for wired internet . There was no WiFi in rooms

“It was really comfortable hotel. There was good bedding, quiet, and nice pool. Unfortunately the hotel charges for parking and also charges a whopping $15 per day for high speed internet, which I found to be mostly unreliable and not worth it's money. There is no WiFi in the rooms, which is also annoying.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“The hotel was only 5 minutes from O'Hare Airport with a complimentary shuttle service for our 6 am flight. The staff was friendly and courteous. The suite was well maintained and clean. We had a nice view from the 7th floor. I would stay there again.”

• Very nice suite, 2 plasma TVs in the room and nice layout.
• Location isn't the greatest, it is fine though.

“Everything in this hotel is superb, starting with the shuttle from the airport. The only real complaint I had was that we lost power numerous times the night
I stayed there which really isn't there fault.”

• Loved separate bedroom & large bathroom.
• Dated furnishings.

“Excellent hotel! Continental breakfast would have been nice. Did not care for $24 parking fee; however this was waived. I complained that the pool area & water was cold + hot tub had been drained & re-filled & not ready for use. Loved the room & large bath area! Would enjoy staying here again.”

“WiFi was an additional $15 per day. I could have stayed at the motel 6 down the street and gotten free WiFi, this is an expected amenity with certain level of hotel class. I was very disappointed with this.

• It's clean, looks good inside and outside, bed room and bath room looks good.
• They charged too much for parking ($24 a night).

“This hotel met my expectation, but I didn't like the way they charge $24 a night for overnight parking.”

• The room was clean.
• Charged for everything.

“We were not impressed with the room, it contained a huge board-meeting-like table and a small refrigerator that was not plugged in. The part of the room that was bed was in was very small and contained an old, also very small TV. The staff seemed bored and pre occupied and would not even look up to talk to us. They also never answered when I tried to call them from the room. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who has too much money, not enough sense, and do not mind being ignored by staff.”

• Safe environment; lots of space in room.

“I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and saw a living area; office area; toilet separated from tub and that separated from sink and a separate bedroom area. The window overlooked beautiful scenery. I needed assistance to get my computer on line and it was immediate service. The breakfast delivered to my door had perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. Very pleasant service also.”
