• Very clean and up to date rooms. Very comfortable.
• Location not close to places to eat.

“Very easy access to Blue line, and 1 short stop away from O'Hare Airport, very convenient. Excellent staff, excellent bar staff. Nice, clean, up to date, comfortable rooms.”

• Clean, fresh great for a business traveler & only caters to the business traveler.
• Parking was to far away & staff always had to be found never at post.

“If you are a professional business traveler this place is for you, it is clean, friendly staff when you find them, I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone traveling with young kids.”

• The room was very clean and comfortable.

“The hotel lobby was very beautiful plus decorated for Halloween. We ordered room service which was well worth the money. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had every thing we needed.”

• Service was excellent and hotel staff was very friendly and cordial!
• Parking facilities were too expensive but better to pay the hotel than the garage, no in and out privileges.

• I did not like the rude staff, lack of cleanliness of the room or facility or the construction undergoing.

“Looking for a stay in Chicago, Close to CTA? Cleanliness of room not a problem? Rude staff ok ? Construction of main floor and areas not a problem? Can sleep through Jets, old fashion police whistles all day and night. Non smoker, and have never stayed in a Double Tree before? Well have I got the place for you!”

• Not useful.

“Everything is not included. You have to pay for internet, parking, breakfast even local calls and after 60 minutes 800 call start charge! It's up to you, but for me, the color brown I really hate this color. So in these rooms, everything is brown! When I arrive, I ask for a freezer in the room, they send me a dirt one! After wash it, I complain to the front desk and they offer me a cold breakfast for free. And surprise, a big spot in the carpet. Floor carpet have to be washed. Be aware, the menu in the room is not up to date and many surprise in the restaurant! They made cookies, their good but I prefer to receive no cookies but pretty room.”

• The in room flat panel TV.
• It was under construction!

“It cost me $16 to park and $12 to use the WiFi. The lobby was a mess because of renovation.”

• I loved the room especially the bathroom. The pillow top mattress was also a plus.
• I wish the pool would've been available 24 hours and a refrigerator in the room would have helped.

• Check in was easy, and receiving cookies was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, too.
• Parking! We had to schlep our luggage all the way from the public parking garage.

“If you are looking for a modest, moderately priced hotel, during a quick stop, this is the hotel for you. The hotel staff was friendly, and even offered us cookies on our arrival. There are other hotels in the area, but this was one of the lowest priced ones. The hotel is also near restaurants, O'Hare, and the expressway if you want to see more of the Chicago area.”

• The staff member was a most pleasant person and helpful in assistance.
• The El into the city was under construction that caused timely detours.

“Overall, I my stay was non eventful. My only complaint would be that the fitness room was mostly cardio. Would like to have seen more weight machines. The Crowne Plaza next door has both a weight room and a cardio room.”

• There was not a lot of affordable dining in the vicinity.

“The Doubletree in Rosemont, IL, is located close to the nearby O'Hare Airport across the street from the convention center. There are few choices for food and those are expensive because there are too few options. I would stay here again if I needed to return.”
