• The man at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful!

“While the suite appeared to be small, the accommodations were more than adequate. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this facility!”

• Liked the suite--outer room with separate bedroom.
• Include couple plates, utensils, bottle opener in room.

“Pool was very small, no whirlpool, traffic noise from highway. Close to family restaurants, comfortable bed, sitting room separate from bedroom.”

• Beautiful lobby. Great rooms (suites, not just rooms).
• Smallish pool. Slow service when we asked for something.

• Room was clean, beds and pillows were
  very comfortable.
• Requested a room not far from elevator, told no problem, plenty of rooms. Got one at other end of building.

• Location. It was easy to find and near highways.
• Infrastructure construction made the entry to hotel a challenge.

• Breakfast buffet.
• Rooms needs to be updated.

“Beautiful lobby and atrium. Rooms had excessive wear and the shower head in the room barely dribbled. The beds were comfortable. The overall experience was not real positive.”

• The room size, view and bedding.
• One elevator located on opposite side of building.

“Fabulous! Loved it! Totally luxury. All down bedding made me feel as though I was sleeping on a cloud. Room layout large and spacious. Very private. Robes were cozy. In the distance I could see the Chicago city skyline.”

• The hotel itself is very beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful.
• The room air-conditioning very noisy, and pillows not comfortable.

“This is a beautiful hotel with large suites. The portion of the suite with the couch, TV, small kitchen area is very comfortable and free WiFi is convenient, but had some difficulty connecting. The bathroom shower head leaked and the lighting is very poor. The bedroom has a great vanity area, but with poor lighting. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were too plump and firm for my comfort. The highway was a little noisy, but the air conditioning system was very loud and high pitched and the cover vibrated.”

• Great location, easy in/out, room was outstanding.
• No in-room info or menu for hotel bar/restaurant.

“Great room, amenities, 4-5 star quality. Much more than expected; upscale furniture, plasma TV. Very impressed.”

• Bathroom needed renovation, door needed replacing.

“Great hotel at a great price. Except for the breakfast. While the meal was convenient (buffet style), it was expensive.”

• A bit of noise from highway.

“Lovely spacious hospitable all suite location off highway. Beds were very comfortable and linens were soft and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We would not recommend this hotel to others as it was not as we had expected it to be. Very disappointed as we only became more disgusted the more we looked around at things that were in plain sight and were sickly dirty.”
