• This hotel had very good service in the restaurant and bar.
• There was construction at the entrance to the hotel that made coming and going inconvenient and somewhat dangerous.

“This hotel meets the standard that I have come to expect from a Hilton.”

• The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel!! The towels were wonderful too.
• We asked for an accessible room We had a son in a wheelchair with us. This room was not large enough for his chair to move around, tub difficult too.

“Beautiful and elegant hotel. Lovely room, friendly helpful staff, good food. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were so enjoyable too. It was a distance from Chicago, and the traffic was not fun, but all in all it was worth the trouble to be so comfortable. My husband also enjoyed the very near by bike trail - a great bonus.”

• Restaurant was very pricey.

• Never stayed in a Hilton and had a wonderful experience.
• The exact location doesn't come up on a portable GPS system.

• Room decor, bed linens & pillows, thick towels, very nice dressing area.
• Cramped bath area, no bottled water, no breakfast.

“I enjoyed the ambiance in the room and the comfort of the mattress, linens, pillows. Staff was helpful and professional. Parking convenient. Would have appreciated some sort of breakfast.”

• We were happy with the whole experience, no negatives.

• Beautiful facility, and great location.
• Cream curdled in coffee, called desk and they never brought me fresh cream for coffee.

“The hotel was superior in quality. The swimming pool area was the best I have seen at any motel ever. The front desk dropped the ball big time when I made coffee in the morning and the half and half curdled. They said they would sent me up some fresh coffee and cream, we checked out an hour later and never saw or heard from the front desk. Otherwise, a delightful experience.”

• Ambience and capable staff.
• It was very crowded because of 2 weddings and 2 bat mitzvahs.

“Overall it was beautiful. Our room was clean and appealing. The bed was comfortable and the noise of the general public on the floors was at a minimum. The dining room and the bar were nice and the atmosphere was warm. We would stay there again.”

• We were very pleased with the quality of the materials and substance of the hotel.
• The dinner prices were we feel out of line for the hotel. They need to cater to teens better on the menu.

“We were given excellent directions by the front desk, check in was speedy and the girls were treated warmly. The rooms layout was great for privacy and comfort ability. There were two Bar Mitzvahs and a wedding and yet we never felt crowded much less not taken care of!”

• The room was clean and comfortable.
• The people at the front desk gave us wrong information.

“I felt that when I asked for help from the front desk regarding extending my stay for one of our rooms for one night, I was not given the rate I was promised. The person at the front desk quoted me a rate and when I asked about that rate two days later someone else who was at the front desk refused to give me the rate and was very rude.”

• The fitness room was incredible. The equipment was top quality.
• Expense beer.

• Difficult to locate. Poor signage leading to hotel.
