• I liked the hot tub, it was available when we asked for the upgrade.
• Icemaker not working, no fridge in room, no microwave.

“The room was convenient, however we were there for multiple days and did not have the convenience of ice because the maker was broken, no fridge in the room, no microwave. At 0800 there was very little left of the supposedly continental breakfast. no bagels, 1 donut.”

• The hotel was close to Amusement Park.
• The locks did not work.

“The hotel had a horrible odor. I did not feel safe, both rooms locks were broke. The bathroom and the sheets smelled dirty.”

• They offered DVD and CD players for rent.
• Low budget.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The hotel needs up keep and new bedding, new towels. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't a good stay either. The bedding was not comfortable. The staff was very nice and when I asked for anything extra or help they were helpful. I feel the hotel needs some investment in upkeep and they could be more attractive.”

“The staff had no interpersonal skills, and not very friendly. When I went to ask for an iron, and ironing table, the guy looked put off that I was bothering him, and said they had no irons that were working.”

• Loud obnoxious guest in next room and down the hall.

“Staff did not take care of problems which were brought to truer attention, had to change room and cleaning was an issue.”

• Nice room, close to where I needed to go.
• The noise level was so bad neither one of us got any sleep.

“The hotel it self was very nice, but they were doing construction during the day which we were trying to sleep since we did not get any the nights, the noise level could be heard from above and in the hall and rooms around us, we are light sleepers and we were up most of the night.”
