• Most convenient to all areas we needed to visit.

“It is the most reasonable and convenient lodging by far than other lodging in the Fair Hope proper.”

“If you are looking for quaint this motel is it - far enough away from beach traffic yet the beach is still about less than an hour away.”

• It was clean-at first we had a 2nd floor room. On the second day we asked if we could get one on the ground floor & was able to move ASAP.
• The breakfast could have been a little more diabetic friendly. But it wasn't bad.

• Too many construction-workers staying at the motel.

“I loved the area and its surroundings of the location of the motel. The rooms were clean and supplied with all my needs. The staff even went out of their way to carry up our bags.”

• It was cozy.
• Bad coffee asked for a smoking room & had no smoking.

“It was a nice location to stay at it could be a little more romantic especially if you get a deluxe room. The room was clean, roomy, and a nice place to stay.”

• Continental breakfast, internet access.
• Found 2 small toys and an empty Capri Sun juice bag on the floor under the bed skirt.

“This was a perfect place for us to stay because it was affordable and close to a family we were visiting in the area. We were there less than 24 hours.”

• Pool location good, maintained well.
• No workout/ fitness room.

“Clean, nice staff, on main area of town easy access to several chain food joints; we are nonsmokers but the smokers were outside on porches at several locations on the way to our room-maybe should have smoke areas only spots.”

• Need to be closer to attractions.

“The hotel had clean rooms. I rented a smoking room by mistake but when we went to the room there was no smell of smoke and they provided all of my expectations.”

• Rooms not cleaned in a timely manner.

“Clean and comfortable. Room contained microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and iron. Main complaint is that room was not cleaned until late afternoon, at which time we just opted for a towel exchange. Staff efficient, but not very friendly. Breakfast adequate.”
