• Location, accommodations, upgraded to suite upon check in.
• Food was overpriced.

• Modern decor, friendly staff, free shuttle to airport, two flat screen TVs in suite, eco-friendly light bulbs, Starbucks coffee in room to brew, comfy.
• Toiletries provided were cheap, hole in wall where someone had pulled phone jack out, no thermostat in room.

• Nice size rooms.
• Bed hard as a rock.

“Hotel was ok nice lobby, but the room was a little dirty. We had gum in carpet and the bed was very uncomfortable. Parking a bit high for open parking lot.”

• Restaurant expensive.

“Good location for airport. lots of space for 2 adults and 3 little kids. Good service. Baby crib arrived promptly. Kids liked the Nintendo.”

• The rooms are suites, very large with a separate bedroom.

“This was a great location close to O'Hare Airport, with a free shuttle from the airport. The rooms in this hotel are suites, a front living room area with a desk and sleeper sofa. Flat screen TV's in both the living room area and the bedroom.”

• The staff rocked. They were also very friendly.
• Pricey breakfast buffet.

“Conveniently located near O'Hare. There is an airport shuttle every 20 minutes. The hotel staff here, including custodians and shuttle bus driver, were beyond friendly and professional. It was refreshing.”

• That they put me in smoking area and I hate it because I don't smoke.

• Roomy.
• Sleeper sofa mattress was uncomfortable, parking fee was excessive, especially that it was the weekend.

“Roomy suite was nice size for our family. Very clean. Comfortable beds, but sleeper sofa mattress was uncomfortable. Parking fee was excessive.”

• The suite room allowed us to close an internal door to close out the noise from the other room.
• The people in the room next to us were very loud.

• Very pleasant staff.
• The overall feel was out of date, smelled of exhaust? In lobby.

“I was pleased with the staff's efficiency and friendliness. It would have been nice to know there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel ahead of time. Room was very nice, spacious, clean and quiet.”

• The big beds.
• The staff was hard to understand. Didnt speak good English.

• This hotel would be perfect except the bed was uncomfortable.

• I loved the room it was tastefully decorated and comfortable and very clean.
• I wish they would have had free parking.

“We really liked this hotel. The people were friendly and when we needed an extra blanket and towels they came right away. The room was open and spacious. Even though we only stayed one night it would have been great to have stayed for a few days. The open area in the middle gave it an elegant feel and although we did not eat there it looked great.”

• Not much to do around hotel.

• Lots of great pillows on bed, 2 TVs, suite style set up.
• Very small bathroom, not as nice and updated as the rest of the room.

“Great for a short stay if you are going on to travel from the near by airport, park and fly with free shuttle service is great, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were comfortable, bedding was excellent, several other hotels around, so, restaurant choices were fair. Overall, excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who was going to be traveling through the airport, and needed a short stay before or after air travel.”
