• I like the fold out couch. There was no fighting between the boys this way.
• There were no towels, I had to go to the front desk to get them.

“This was a great place for the money. I am a woman traveling with two children and I felt safe and slept soundly. The breakfast was okay, although there was a long line for the waffle maker. I really liked the fact that there was a microwave and a refridgerator. This is a place I will be staying at again.”

• They put guests next to each other instead of room apart.

“The room next to us had a party at 2 AM with the music blasting to the point we could not sleep. The hotel staff called and knocked but the party did not answer. We did not sleep at all.”

• The staff was wonderful.
• Very hard - wish the room doors reached floor to muffle hallway noise.

“From the moment we entered the lobby - the staff could not do enough to accommodate our every need. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful - the only issues that we had (and both were very minor) was the door to the hallway had a large crack underneath so you could hear people (but while sleeping hotel was very quiet) and then we did our laundry and the washer did not do a great job and the dryer took a long time to dry (each were $1.50 every start). We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay.”

• Large room, nice furnishings with fridge & microwave, warm water in pool. Great continental breakfast.
• There was nothing we didn't like.

“This was a GREAT place to stay. The pool was warm & clean. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We would want to get this place to stay at again. Would recommend this place to anyone.”

• Public computer.
• The pool area and the laundry room were very hot if this is the La Quinta. If this is the Hyatt they don't have luggage carts readily available.

• The hotel was great for children. Pool open 24 hours and children play area.
• Nothing.

“The La Quinta was a great experience. Quiet and secluded location that was close to everything. Staff was great and the rooms were beyond expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Traveling with small children can be a challenge, but this hotel made it very enjoyable. The rooms were decorated very modern and tasteful. Highly recommend this hotel!”

• Room was spacious and very clean.
• Fitness room has only cardio machines, no weights.

“The spacious room with a comfortable bed was well appointed and clean. Basic soap was supplied; no luxury items so bring your own products if you enjoy quality toiletries. The staff answered questions but did not supply any information upon check in, i.e. times for breakfast, directions to the pool, etc. Breakfast was fine as long as you are not watching sugar or carbohydrates.”

• The rooms are big, I like that.
• Just one elevator.

“The hotel is ok, but the zone is not commercial, if you dont have car, there is nothing like restaurants or stores near from the hotel. Maybe would be good if you have a shuttle to take you to the mall.”

• Price first, staff and overall experience.
• Hotels that offer king beds should offer 4 pillows.

“Wonderful place for us. Had 3 rooms in our group, 2 rooms with kids. Was a great place to stay and not too for from six flags.”

• There was nothing I didn't like!

“This was a great hotel for the money! Very nice and nice big rooms. We have a family of 5, ages from 2 to 8yrs old and there was more then enough room for all of us! Pool was open 24 hours which was very nice after a day at great America to soak in the hot tub! Would recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel here would not switch even though there were rooms plainly available. In spite of my office having 10 people using your services each month in the past, we are quickly tiring of inferior accommodations and run around upon arrival. ”

• The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
• Children's playroom was truly for children under 4.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Woodsfield Suites. The location was excellent (not even a mile off 294), the suites had anything I needed, and the complimentary breakfast had more than the usual cereal and bagel.”
