• The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly, very customer focused!
• Some of the staff was lacking in information on hotel policies. But still was very friendly and tried to provide information.

“The room we stayed in at The Holiday Inn was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and willing to assist when asked.”

• Its perfect if your coming in from the airport.
• Business around it were run down.

• Wish shuttle came to airport more often.

• The lotion in the bathroom.
• Parking fees, rude hotel workers, incompetence.

“Not happy with my stay. To top it off, their room service consist of idiots delivering to the front desk. Last time my room was not on the counter of the front desk. When questioning hotel about this, I got blank stares and no response. Wow, these people maybe made it to the 6th grade. I feel sorry almost.”

• The workout area was awesome!
• No kitchen in the room to store food.

• Swimming pool. Also coffee maker in room, and very comfortable bed.
• Breakfast very basic.

“I chose it for its nearness to airport and the courtesy shuttle bus, which worked out very well. It was perfect for what I needed for the night.”

• I had some place to sleep.
• Hidden parking charges they don't tell you about.

“Hotel Was OK. Staff was a little rude. Made you $14 a night per car for parking and did not tell you about it in advance. Don't fall for this stupid scheme.”

• Room was nicer than expected.
• You had to pay for parking once you checked in with no alternative street parking.

• I liked that the hotel had a kid¿s pool for my son.
• Dislike paying for parking. Pool temps should be above 60 not below.

“Very nice hotel. Great help from employees. Pool was nice other than being very cold. Did not understand the theory of paying for parking in a field of snow. I could understand doing so with parking structure which assured my vehicle to be safe from theft or crime or at least a security guard on yard but nothing just a bunch of snow in an open area and pay $14 to park in a snow bank.”

• Easy access to O¿Hare, McDonalds across the street for the kids and family restaurant next door.
• They charge for coffee in the lobby. Most hotels have free fresh coffee available 24/7.

“I would stay here again if possible at the same price. It was an excellent value. Shuttle drivers were also very friendly and helpful.”

• The rooms were very clean and modern-looking, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Free parking would have been nice.

“The hotel was clean, modern and the facilities like the pool and weight room were very nice. Parking was convenient, but was a day. It would have been nice if that was included. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend it to other travelers. The trip to O¿Hare was fast and easy.”

• Was told one thing about checking in, then was told something totally different, and also the information on the reservation was incorrect.

• Conveniently located, newly remodeled.
• $218.00 a night at a Holiday Inn is outrageous.

“The Holiday Inn Express at O'Hare is a newly remodeled hotel within convenient distance to O'Hare airport and the Rosemont convention center. The support staff was extremely friendly and the room was well appointed and clean. The hotel overall was very nice and all offered a good continental breakfast, I just had a problem (but no choice) in paying $218.00 per night for a room at a Holiday Inn Express.”

• The entire hotel was very well kept.
• Although parking is very close, it gets a bit expensive if you keep leaving and coming back.

“The hotel was new, very clean and had good service. There were laundry machines, free wireless Internet, computers and printing, a refrigerator and microwave, fitness center and pool, and better than average continental breakfast. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a diner right next door that serves pretty good food (big portions so you can use your fridge).”

• The free continental breakfast choices were great. The quality and variety was nice, along with the atmosphere.
• A little bit of a drive to downtown, and all of the main attractions in Chicago. Including traffic, it takes a good 30 minutes.

“Would definitely stay there again. The hotel is clean, and the price is definitely competitive. The rooms are nice and updated.”
