• Very inexpensive, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff.
• Forty-minute train ride from downtown.

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. My brother and I attended the Lollapalooza music festival in downtown, so each day, we had to take the free shuttle (runs every thirty minutes or so) to the airport, then catch the Subway downtown. For the price of the hotel, we got over this fact very quickly. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and it's perfect for business travelers, and penny-pinching vacationing twenty-something's. It's family friendly, but keep in mind that three people is more than enough for one room. The staff, as always, was friendly and efficient. The on-site sports bar has great food, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.”

• Close to the airport.
• No hot water in all three rooms I stayed and have not received credit yet on my bill.

“No hot water should not be 15% off total bill, but three families were punished. Most hotels do not even charge you for the room if it does not have hot water. Very disappointed.”

• I stayed there to pick up someone for a late flight into ORD. It had free 24 hr. shuttle.
• The long walk to the eating places.

“It satisfied all of our needs. The computer did not work and they let me go into the office to use their office computer. Very nice and friendly staff. The food is very good in Shoeless Joes.”

• Very close to the airport & movie theatre nearby.
• Next to impossible to get a cab.

“Wonderful, polite, helpful desk clerks. Polite housekeepers. Plenty of fresh clean towels and hot water. Cold air conditioning. The bar/nightclub adjacent to the hotel was fantastic. Great food and good prices. I plan on staying here in the near future. Take their free shuttle to the airport and take the local train into the city. This will save you big bucks!”

• Nothing.
• Basically the hotel was a dump.

“I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was more like a motel. It was very far from Chicago. I was expecting a 15 minute ride into town but instead, it was 40-50 minutes. I was surprised that the toilet did not flush well at all and the hotel look dingy all around. I left 3 days early even though I prepaid and went to another hotel in the city.”

• A complementary breakfast would have made my stay even more comfortable.

• Congestion of area was somewhat difficult to negotiate.

• Very close to conference. Nice fresh fruit and coffee.
• The connected restaurant was not up to my expectation.

“We had a very good experience. The complimentary fresh fruit and coffee were happily received and the room was nice. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour, which we took to catch the train, although it takes almost an hour to get into the city. The location was convenient for my husband's conference.”

• Good location, helpful staff.
• Our room was designated as non-smoking, but someone had recently smoked in it.

“The staff was more than helpful when we asked about the possibility of taking the shuttle to O'Hare in order to catch the CTA train to downtown Chicago for a museum outing. I have stayed there before on one of my numerous business trips to the area. I remembered it as being exceptionally convenient.”
