“The hotel is in a great location for airport travelers. However parking is expensive. The rooms are clean though not very spacious. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

“If flying into or out of O'Hare, this hotel is perfect. If driving to Chicago, have to pay airport rates for parking $30-45 per day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Since the hotel is at O'Hare, there is limited restaurant choices other than hotel restaurant.”

“Very friendly staff. Nice rooms, workout facility and very convenient access to the subway. I would stay here again if I had to stay by the airport.”

“This hotel is built for a very specific traveler: those going to O'Hare for a flight. Nice enough room, with a very nice bed and TV. Everything has a fee, including basic toiletries that are free at much less expensive hotels. Parking is ridiculously expensive at $45.”

“We had intended to valet the car, but all the spots were full so had to park in airport parking and walk forever dragging bags. The room did not include a vanity mirror and I requested to use one to check hair updo, but they did not have anything available even for purchase. Requested to briefly use scissors
and they did not have any. Very unhelpful, parking was $30 additional and very far away. Housekeeping was banging on the door at 5:15 am after a very late night dinner meeting and drinks (most hotels staff usually wait until at least 7 or 8 am).”

“Located in the middle of O'Hare airport. VERY convenient location. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Even though it is on the airport grounds, I never heard a plane, quiet property.”

“Ideal location, comfortable beds, restaurants just okay for their overpriced charges. Toiletries costing $9.04 for a tiny tube of toothpaste, a tiny packet of shaving cream, a thow-a-way razor and a plastic.”

“It is exactly what you expect from a high quality hotel. It offers professional staff, comfortable rooms and all of the amenities travelers require to make their stay comfortable on an individual level.”

“The hotel was excellent in many ways and will stay there again if in town. The only glitch was they did not have 2 queen size beds for my children and us to stay in separate beds. Only 2 doubles or 1 king. It was different.”

“The only downside was having to pay $12.95 for the internet for the night. This is petty in such an economic climate.”

“I liked the facility. $3.85 for a cup of coffee is a bit rich.”

“I was so impressed with the staff. From valet parking attendants to room service, everyone was professional. Located at the airport and I never heard an airplane! The room was always very clean and the bed was fabulous.”

“The hotel is beautiful, big and comfortable. If you are not using Chicago O’Hare or plan to move about the city, the traffic from airport makes it very difficult.

“Excellent hotel for business travelers. You're literally at the airport; fast check-in and quick access to your departure gate. 45 minutes to downtown and one train stop to Rosemont Convention Center.”

“The parking should have been provided or discounted. I did not realize that I would have to pay an extra $90 for parking.”

“The hotel was decent. It was
only actually 3*. The public areas are nice. The room was fair. In my room the rug was bunched up in areas and the bathroom is extremely tiny, the door barely clears the toilet. The concierge knew less about the city than me. I asked him if there was a Target nearby and he said "Yes there's one up the street that way" and pointed towards the hotel desk he was not able to say give reasonable directions or an address. I asked about a local restaurant and he didn't know where it was.
I would stay there again but I would not prefer to stay there.”

“Simply the best place to stay for early O'Hare departures, as it is inside the airport. All you do is walk to the gates, without ever going outside. Deserves it is 5 star rating!”
