“My coworker and I travel very extensively. We usually stay in a 3 star. This was an exception. The hotel charged $45 per day for valet parking. If you don't valet then you have to take some shuttle to parking. Would you believe its a 4 star, but you have to pay $11 per day to use the gym. No free internet, which I don't are for because we use our Sprint wireless card. Checking in process was very slow. I would never stay there nor would I recommend it to anyone.”

“If you are flying out of OHare you couldn't be better located. Also, easy access to the city. Geared for business travelers so there are charges for practically everything--internet, fitness center. Rooms were very clean, beds extremely comfortable.”

“With the exception of having to pay 45.00 for parking it was a nice hotel and convenient. Somewhere it should have been noted that parking is this expensive.”

“Early the am of my departure I called the Bell Stand for help with my luggage. They never came so I went down and stood in front of a bellman named Seoul he looked right past me. He would not help me. I said excuse me and he proceeded to help a man coming down the hall, he was pointing directions to the man and touched my nose with his finger that is how close he was. The other bellman noticed he would not help me and came to help. He said it happens all of the time; the man does not like women. This all transpired at 5:30am on Sunday morning.”

“it was not my first visit to the Hilton O'Hare, and I can say it has not changed. It is still the premier, convenient location for the airport as well as taking the blue line downtown. It possesses the usual Hilton quality standards expected.”

“In general a very nice hotel. Everything you would expect to get available in a hotel, they provided. They just weren't so happy to give it to you. At $45 / night parking, you would think they would be a little accomodating to help you out for 5 minutes. Entry to the health club was another $11/day. The nickel and dimming really put a damper on the hotel experience. Nobody likes to feel that they got poor value and even though the total cost for all the services was comparable, the fact that it was not upfront really left a very sour taste in our mouths.”

“I loved the hotel but will never be going there again. Everything was extremely expensive, it costs at least $30/day to park. And you have to pay $12.95/day just to use the internet! How ridiculous, do these people think that we don't know how much it actually costs to access the internet? Every truck stop and way side rest along the way has the same service for free. Its the same internet.”

“Beautiful Hotel great if it's just one night or to catch a next day or early flight. The fees for everything are awful. Parking at 45.00 a night. Fees to accept mail or a package.”

“This hotel is great for the business traveler or those who have flight delays. Parking is available, but to save money utilizing the Economy Parking of the airport will be worth the time.”

“We lost whatever we saved on parking fees, food, and printing costs! No business center. $13/day for internet. Are we paying for Paris's wardrobe too? The hallways were noisy, and the lobby was crowded with stranded passengers. Paying a handling or delivery charge for a small package was ridiculous!”

“The lobby and public areas look a little outdated and tired. We were put next to folks that partied all night. We were given a free pass to the fitness center which should have been free to guests anyway.”

“Rooms are excellent, clean and modern. Very sound proof hotel (no airplane noise). Very interesting bar room. Overall great hotel for pit stops between flights but not so great if you have to do business around the airport or go Downtown everyday.”
