• The hotel has a great stay and park program, the service and accomodations were very satisfactory.
• The pool was very cold, no hot tub.

“We were satisfied with the accomodations, wish the pool would have been warmer, couldn't really go in it. Having a hot tub in the pool area would have been better as well. The restaurant/bar area was very nice, food was great.”

• The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
• Winter is cold in Milwaukee!

“I've stayed at this hotel approximately twenty times over the past ten years. The best part of the stay is the friendly, helpful staff. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and are very prompt with their airport pick up and delivery. Their parking is secure when I have to leave my vehicle. The rooms are not decorated in my favorite colors, but if I want to enjoy my own standard of decorating, I should stay at home! The rooms have always been very clean and they have provided extra items that I've needed. I have never been there with my family, but I have seen many other families there and they have all seemed to enjoy their stay.”

• The shuttle service to the airport is good. The night staff was very friendly.
• The early morning clerk (4:00 AM) was rude.

“This hotel is adequate and better than a economy hotel. I have stayed here often and I am always pleased with everything.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly.
• The room was not very clean, needs a lot of up grades.

“The room had an odor. I felt as if I needed a shower when I left. I did not even like to sit on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• No hot tub!

“The hotel it self was very nice and staff was very accommodating. We found the room over all to be comfortable. However the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub and on the floor.”

• Bathroom needs an exhaust fan so that humidity from showering is away.

• The food in the hotel was wonderful! Staff was amazingly nice!
• Small bathroom for a suite and a whirlpool, very few channels to choose from, could of been cleaner a couple of tables had old food dried up on them.

“Amazing food and staff were so fabulous, just needs more space for the suite and they need better training for the cleaning division not good up keep on our room.”
