• The front desk staff was very friendly.
• The room was not very clean, needs a lot of up grades.

“The room had an odor. I felt as if I needed a shower when I left. I did not even like to sit on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• No hot tub!

“The hotel it self was very nice and staff was very accommodating. We found the room over all to be comfortable. However the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub and on the floor.”

• Bathroom needs an exhaust fan so that humidity from showering is away.

• Shuttle doesn't go too far.

• The food in the hotel was wonderful! Staff was amazingly nice!
• Small bathroom for a suite and a whirlpool, very few channels to choose from, could of been cleaner a couple of tables had old food dried up on them.

“Amazing food and staff were so fabulous, just needs more space for the suite and they need better training for the cleaning division not good up keep on our room.”

• Close to the airport.
• The sheets did not appear to be clean.

“Found a sequin from a previous guests garment in the sheets. I thought there was suppose to be a whirlpool there. There was not. Pool closes very early. Sheets were felt dirty and wrinkly. Very expensive for what you got. I do not know what made this hotel have so many stars. Limo service to airport was convenient.”

• The friendliness of the staff and the excellence of the restaurant.
• Parking was inconvenient.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. We were greeted warmly. Luggage carts were readily available. Coupons for a free drink apiece were distributed. While the room was small and looked out over the swimming pool, it was clean, neat and tidy. Because this hotel has a thriving banquet business, parking was not near the door, but on a lower outdoor level.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• Room was non smoking, but still smelled of old stale smoke.

“One would be well advised to think of this as 1.5 or 2 stars not a 3 star hotel. Pool was only open until 9, and opened late in the morning. We were unable to use it and that was one of the reasons we chose this site.”
