• The suite was very comfy and accomidating.
• The parking lot was not attached.

• Parking was a bit confusing.

“Great hotel, loved the location. Very clean and the staff was very nice,quick with a hello and ready to help. Our room exceeded our expectations, it was very bright, clean and big! The bathroom was great with plenty of room for two to get ready in the morning. The free breakfast was a meal! Lots of choices and great staff keeping the dishes hot and full. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Loved room, staff great, great breakfast, great location.
• Trouble with wireless.

“What a treat. Beautifully decorated, spacious room. Granite counter in kitchen and bath. Lots of space, very grand. Staff was fantastic answered all our questions, did not hesitate to take care of our needs. And the breakfast was great. A real breakfast, not just bagels and juice, eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, everything you could want.”

• Gorgeous room, lots of space; good amenities.
• The location is a bit iffy. We had to park 1.5 blocks away and walk back at night. Doors locked coming into hotel.

“Great room, OK staff. The only negative was the location, a bit scary. Parking was 1.5 blocks away. Two sets of doors into the hotel are locked, without checking in, confusing about where to go and how to get in.”

• Vaulted ceilings in room, huge picture windows, iPod dock, and flat screen TV.
• A little hard to find and easy to drive right by if you haven't been there. The sign is really only visible from one direction.

“Residence Inn was an excellent stay. We actually stayed at the Hilton a few blocks away and this was the superior accommodations including breakfast, internet access etc.”

• Booked full on a Saturday when I needed it.

• The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious.
• Loud street noise from river side of hotel.

“Upon our arrival, the hotel and room exceeded our expectations. However, our first night there was very sleepless because of loud motorcycle noise and loud "partiers" coming from the street level of our river-side room. The front desk was more than accommodating and moved us to the opposite side of the hotel for our second night, which was much quieter. The breakfast, which was included, was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. Had it not been for the loud noise that kept us up our first night there, I would have no complaints.”

• We ended up getting a suite to stay in, which we didn't expect & it was great!
• That they did not tell us until we checked out that we owed $12 for parking!

• Large spacious room. Clean and conveniently located for my business purpose.
• No elevators directly from underground parking to hotel.

“I enjoyed my stay very much. I was in town to recruit and hire new employees. I had a large separate living room with a view of the river to conduct interviews.”

• The rooms were great and you couldn't beat the location.
• No premium channels on the TV and no internet (had WiFi, but no laptop)

“Vaulted ceilings, next to the Grand Avenue and near Mob's- the best steakhouse in Milwaukee, you really can't beat the Residence. The staff was very accommodating (esp. Jamie). Overall, a great atmosphere and a very pleasant stay.”

“Great studio room with microwave, full size fridge, stove and sink plus dishes! Large room with queen bed and a sofa plus a desk and a huge bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet, and in a good location with parking.”
