• Pool cold + murky water with gunk floating around.

• Staff was very attentive to the hotel and guests.
• Reception desk would not give me a discount for senior citizen because I did not claim it in the beginning.

“Other than my experience at the desk, the hotel was very good, the staff was very attentive and personable and took pride in keeping the hotel clean and tidy.”

• Close to the airport.
• No security - dirty - gym is disappointing - bad service.

“I stayed at this location for a week (7/21-7/25). I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms have a distinctive smell that seems to be dirty. Also, the service overall is not good at all! The area in which they are located is very inconvenient. Also it says it offers free parking, yet the place doesn't have any type of security. So you better be ready to maybe have your car broken into.”

• Full-service hotel close to downtown.
• Smoking room - bad cigarette odor.

“Close to downtown with reasonable rates. Rooms are ok, but stay away from smoking rooms if you're not a smoker.”

• High quality bedding.
• Room was old and needed renovations bad.

“Convenient location. Old hotel that needs a complete renovation. Towels were old and thin. Smallest TV available.”

• Very friendly staff, everyone was great.
• I didn't like the hash browns at the breakfast buffet.

“The location may seem like it would be loud, right next to the airport. We did not hear the planes at night. The decor is a bit outdated, but everything was clean. The pool area is nice, bright and again very clean. Every staff we encountered was friendly and professional. We would stay here again.”

• Hotel's indoor pool, proximity to airport.
• Watching the shuttle drive off without us, waiting.

“This hotel is conveniently located across from the airport. It has a nice pool and arcade areas for families with young children. The rooms are showing their age a bit and carpet needed replacing in the hallway.”

• It was close to everything and easy to find on the way back from places visited in the area.
• The hotel lobby, restaurant and banquet rooms were beautiful. But the hotel part was not up to par.

“The rugs in the hallways were rippled and just kind of dingy. But the front part of the hotel. Pool, restaurant, lobby, banquet halls, restrooms were very nice. It seems it just may be under an upgrade and they ran out of funds. Overall it was okay.”
