“the hotel rooms were nice, but staff everything else seemed very disorganized. It was under construction. There were no numbers on the doors to the room. Our entire floor had no numbers. Hotel staff would guess room numbers and let people into the wrong room. In my case, I was let into someone else's room who was not there. Did not feel at ease in leaving my room, that someone wouldn't be let into it, etc. Would not recommend this particular hotel unless it was in the far future when all of these kinks are worked out.”

“This is not a 3 star hotel. I was highly dissatisfied that it was portrayed that way. I was uncomfortable in the hotel and checked out within an hour of arriving. I ended up choosing to stay in another hotel. ”

“I was very displeased once arriving to the hotel. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, but I thought that it would be a lot nicer that it was. All the amenities in the room were old and worn out. Just not a nice hotel for a vacation.”

“This is the third time I have been at this spot. Once the remodeling is done, it MAY be a 2.5 star hotel, but right now, it is a 2. The pool area is open late enough that the noise is bothersome. The TV's are pretty small.This time I had a room that had been remodelled. TV was OK. Bed was super soft (sink way in).This is just an OK hotel”

“The hotel was not very updated. The lobby area was under construction so they were in the process of trying to make appropriate upgrades. The pool area looked very nice but didn't have the opportunity to try it out. The staff looked very dirty and very unprofessional. The locks on the doors were still the old punch card as opposed to the newer electronic locking system. Overall I would rate this as a two star hotel instead of a 3 star.”

“The location was good for the area. But at the Sheraton Hotel by the airport- we had a fridge and Milwaukee area phone book. The Manchester Hotel did not have a Milwaukee Area phone book for the room. We had to get one from the lobby, and that one was listed for only North Milwaukee suburbs. For a 4 Star hotel, there was no fridge in the room. And extra towels only on request. At the Sheraton hotel, they provided extra towels to their patrons without asking. They provided free breakfast that we only used once. And to be honest, I would've rather had a full Milwaukee area phone book than having to call information for local phonenumbers than free breakfast.”

“I wouldn't have my dog stay at this hotel. We arrived a few minutes to check out time, yet we were told no rooms were clean. The hotel was sparsely filled, so I can't imagine they didn't have a room ready with all the vacancies. Then, they couldn't get keys made. Meanwhile, I was late to a business meeting. The hotel says it is geared up for business travel...well I'm taking my business else where.”

“had to move at 10pm because of noise outside of room in atrium. new room had no refridgerator. TV was on floor, disconnected. I had to put TV up and reconnect. Half a bag of french fries laid on the carpet in a frequently used hallway for the entire 2 day stay.”

“This hotel was undergoing renovations and did nothing to keep clean while renovating. The staff that I dealt with on two different days appeared to not care about the customers and were more concerned with having their "personal conversations" than helping. I requested two double beds and got one double bed and a pull out twin. I was told that was all they had. When leaving the hotel I spoke to housekeeping and found out that there are rooms with two double beds and that the hotel was not booked for the weekend. I would of paid extra if needed but was not even given that option. I then asked for extra pillows and towels and was given attitude. I will not recommend this hotel in the future nor stay there again. In my opinion this was far from the 3 star hotel.”

“I was very unhappy with this hotel. It is currently going through a remodel and the whole place is under construction. The front desk is working from folding tables in the former lobby.I was disappointed with the room...extremely old. Poor bed...squeaky and no support. Poorly insulated walls (very loud). Room wasn't clean...needed vacuuming and dusting.In addition, the high speed internet access was not available as indicated. I attempted twice to get support and was put on hold for over a half hour each time before giving up. Not convenient for my business travels.”

“The hotel was overbooked when I got there, so they paid for me to stay in another hotel, which was okay. However, the staff member gave me incorrect directions and it took over an hour to get to the next one.”

“The hotel was under a MAJOR renovation as was the street in front of the hotel. Very inconvenient. The restaurant in the hotel was relocated to the POOL AREA. At this time, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. Maybe when they get finished.”

“I was very pleased with my stay at the Manchester Hotel. Everything was extremely nice. I do think they need to add more pressure to their shower. I couldn't get all of the soap out of my hair because the water pressure was so weak. On the other hand, even with the renovations taking place to change it to a Radisson, I would highly recommend the hotel, except for the shower.”
