• No coffee maker in room, small bathroom.

• There was no pool or Jacuzzi.

• Atrium model was noisy easy to hear other drunk guests.

• Upscale with very helpful staff.
• Our room was small, but was still attractive.

• Fabulous service, excellent bed, great water pressure.
• No continental breakfast, no in-room coffee.

“Great location, which will seem even better when the construction is completed. The service was fabulous - great front desk with recommendations for dining and directions through the crazy construction zones. The valet service was prompt and friendly. I would certainly stay here again!”

• Had to pay for wireless service.

“My husband and I had a great time. Large rooms. Location was great. Walking distance to everything from shopping to dining. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again with out a second thought.”

• I made reservations for my friends and they transferred the rooms to their names, but when we got back to the hotel the 2nd night the hotel didn't re.

Other wise everything was fine.”

• The locations great and the Polaris restaurant is a neat place to eat at least once.
• The king size bed was not king at all. It was a queen size bed.

“The Hyatt Regency in Downtown Milwaukee is a very good hotel. It is ideally located: only 1 block from the Bradley center, near many restaurants, and only a few minutes from the lakefront and it's museums. The room was very nice. The only problem we had was with the bed. They stated that it was a king bed room, which we wanted. However, when we went to the room, we found out it was a queen size bed. Then when we both sat on the bed, the box spring frame broke because it was on the wrong sized frame. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and couldn't ask for a new room. After we told them about the problem when we were checking out, they apologized and offered a free breakfast for both of us. The Polaris restaurant on the top of the hotel is a very neat place. It is a rotating room that allows you to see all of Milwaukee.”

• Great location and ambience.
• Hotel staff was not knowledgeable about parking options. They only wanted to sell you their ramp, which was costly.

“Very nice stay. One tip: Overnight on-the-street parking is free. The staff insisted we'd be towed or ticketed, but this is just not true. We saved $40 by using the street.”

• We had my 80 year old parents with us, so being able to stay inside on a rainy day with a spectacular view of the city in Polaris was awesome.
• The bathrooms were sort of small.

“The hotel had very comfortable beds, quiet halls, and the entire facility was very, very clean. The staff helped provide whatever service they possibly could with a smile on their faces. We returned to Hyatt after staying there in the past. We were very happy we were sent to Hyatt. The restaurants were a bit pricey.”

• Excellent service, from the front desk to each Valet.
• The glass elevators are a bit scary, but it was still quite fun!

• Lobby and room very attractive.
• It had a door to the neighboring room that could be opened, door was not thick, and I could hear everything from the other room.

• Hyatt is a really good outfit, although this one is lower end.
• 70s style lobby, kind of tacky.

“I generally love Hyatt, but this one is a little more run-down than you would expect from this brand. Still, the room was nice and the staff very friendly. Location is on the edge of downtown, but still convenient. Parking (at $20) was outrageous.”

• No Parking. $20 to Valet too much.

“Great hotel, bring extra money as the parking will kill the budget. Valet parking $20, need to feed the meters if parking on street or you will get a ticket.”
