• The bed was really comfortable, restaurant breakfast was amazing.

“Great location. Right in the heart of town. Near the Bradley Center, all restaurants and shopping. Great service. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable bed. Shower was fantastic. Towels were soft.”

• Beautiful lobby and excellent restaurant in the round.

“The Hyatt in Milwaukee is an amazing hotel. This was the first hotel that my partner and I stayed in together almost ten years ago, and we returned for a romantic return over the holidays. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the room is upscale and comfortable. We loved it and loved the deal that Priceline.com got for us!”

• Remodel was tastefully done.
• No free WiFi access in rooms and pricey parking.

“This hotel was what I expected for the price paid. Parking is way too pricey for downtown Milwaukee. The free WiFi access was only available in public areas. The decor was excellent and staff were very accomodating.”

• Excellent location downtown, comfortable, friendly staff.
• Parking costs at the hotel are ridiculous for Milwaukee.

“I was greeted by a friendly bellman, who remained friendly and helpful even though I was not in a pleasant mood from traveling all day. The hotel itself is still pretty much the way I remember it from 30 years ago when it was built, but very nice, and very clean. The entire 5 days I was there I only saw three other guests, so the hotel was surprisingly deserted. The 14th floor room was tasteful, but simple - comfortable furniture and bed. Great view of the city. Plenty of pillows, which I liked. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the housekeeping service couldn't make up their minds daily whether to leave me wash clothes or not. Some days I got them, others I did not? Overall, a great stay!”

“Hotel was very nicely appointed, fun styling of the rooms, very clean and comfy beds. Really the only issues were that I called ahead to request that one of my 2 rooms had 2 beds, and upon arrival, that request had not been processed or even noted, so I had to ask again. No big deal, they fixed it right away, but could have been an issue if the hotel were busier. Also called for an extra towel and a few glasses, and after waiting for 30 minutes, went and found a maid cart and got them from her directly. Frustrating.”

• Everything! Feels like a 5 star luxury!
• Parking garage difficult to navigate.

• The location was great for what we wanted to do in the downtown area.
• Disappointed that there was not pool or hot tub.

“The room was very comfy and attractive. We had a great view. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The food was very good plus we had the extra advantage of watching the Holiday Parade right outside the window while we had breakfast.”

• I loved the staff. Very friendly and efficient. Location was superb.
• I wish they had at least free coffee in the morning.

“I really enjoyed my stay here. My husband and I stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary. The location was so convenient to everything. You could walk anywhere you needed to go really. The staff was incredible, the bartenders made great drinks and also helped us to plan our evening! The room was nice and clean. The bed was very nice.”

• Newly remodeled with beautiful, comfortable, modern rooms.

“I had stayed in this hotel over 20 years ago and had good memories of it, but in it's new form, it's even better. The remodeling on the rooms is beautiful and the amenities are great, large flat-screen TV, i pod dock/alarm clock, storage in the bathroom, nice coffee maker, etc. We only stayed one night after a concert we attended, so didn't take full advantage of what the hotel had to offer, but I was blown away by it's new look. Great job!”
