• Centrally located in beautiful downtown Milwaukee and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

• Location and easy free street parking.
• One person at desk was rude and unhelpful.

• The mattresses were awesome.

  had to pay 25 dollars a day to park.

“This hotel, charged for internet and for parking, I was very disappointed, I would rather stay at super 8 s with not so much fluff and not pay for extras. Super 8s are cheap and parking is free and usually have free breakfast and a pool and internet, at this hotel you had to pay for everything. I would never stay in a Hyatt again.”

• The king size beds were the best. They were so comfortable.

• I loved the room decor and set up.
• Valet parking was $23/day and the connected self park garage was $20 per day.

• Bed was broken, did not get requests granted

“Overall, not a great stay. We were told that our request for a king bed would be honored, but upon arrival were told we had to have 2 double beds. One bed was broken and mattresses were very uncomofortable. The room was littered with water bottles under the drapes. Also, our wake up call never registered.”

• The room was nice and big. I liked that there was a skywalk that led right to the mall
• It had a chemical smell in the halls because of the remodeling. The parking also was pretty expensive.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size. I heard a little bit of noise from the hallways, but the air conditioner drowned that out pretty well.”

“The Hotel staff was the our first encounter with this hotel and they were all warm and welcoming. I felt they were happy to help out any way they could. The hotel is clean,well kept,updated,and has a great atmosphere. Would return in a second.”

• Comfortable beds.

“I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful (and even let me check in 4 hours early so I could freshen up before the wedding I was going to). Once in my room, I didn't hear any noise from anywhere else. The bed was really comfortable and the linens were top quality.”
