• Separate sitting area in the room.
• Difficult to turn left coming out of the parking lot, due to obstructed view.

“Very nice hotel. Free breakfast was presented nicely and very satisfying. Indoor pool was nice and clean. Rooms were very quiet. Could not hear anyone around me. Would highly recommend.”

• "Room" was really a small suite. Very lovely.
• Elevator carpet went a long time before being vacuumed.

“Excellent location, friendly staff, very nice rooms, able to get rooms there at excellent price. Near large, upscale shopping center.”

• Great location and family friendly!
• The maid's are impatient.

“The lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great, pool was wonderful and the location was a great neighborhood. We went to a game at miller park and thought it was very easy to get back and forth too, the hotels Downtown were too overpriced and this was like a ten minute drive, no problem at all. The room was a little run down and outdated but we were barely there. The only thing that put me off a little is we decided to let my child swim the day of checkout (which is at noon) and the maid knocked at the door at 9:30 a.m. and I didn't get to it on the first knock and she went to open the door with her key when I opened the door she said she was just checking to see if we were gone yet. I unfortunately was alone and changing and had to throw clothes on as fast as possible, a little intrusive if you ask me!”

• Excellent Breakfast, Very Clean & Friendly.
• Breakfast area was quite warm & stuffy.

“This was definitely one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. I really have no complaints at all. The room was very nice, clean and the staff was very thorough. We stayed for 13 nights and did not have any issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Huge meeting area with comfy couches, fun kids pool area.
• Small room.

“Big pool, kids play area, lots of comfortable seating in the lobby, with a big screen TV. Pet friendly which is really nice, decent location, near the freeway, about 20 minutes from Downtown.”

• Superb breakfast buffet.
• Nothing.

“I'm not used to paying full price for hotels when I travel. My stay was apparently on a busy weekend in the Milwaukee Area, and full price was my only choice. I'm willing to pay full price for the kind of cleanliness and amenities I found at this hotel.”

• Big rooms, great pool, free breakfast.
• Check-in staff not nice--mgr. rude.

“I really liked the hotel but not the staff. room was big and clean. Pool area was clean and pool was big. The breakfast was great, while they didn't offer meat, they had scrambled eggs and fresh waffles. What I didn't like was they made a copy of my driver license and left it on top of their desk, out in the open for anyone to read or TAKE. When I mentioned this to the manager, she rudely stated that if anyone took anything off the desk they'd be tackled shortly after taking it. She was rude and very dismissive over the security issue. I would return to this hotel it was worth the money but I would be very watchful over the security issue there.”

• Location and free parking.
• I always leave a credit card for incidentals, they told a pizza delivery guy I did not have one on file.

“Good location. Clean and a very nice place. The management they now have in place will probably mess that up real soon. They are pretty bad, in handling details, they are unfriendly and rude.”

• Nice pool/hot tub area, large rooms.
• Front desk staff was not super outgoing, but not outright rude either.

“The rooms are quite spacious, with two double beds in a separate bedroom, and a living room area with a couch and chair. The bathroom was fairly big with two sinks. The room was clean, though there were a few spots that seemed to have been missed with the vacuum cleaner. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with my stay, and will be going back there again if I can get the same price again.”

• It was clean and convenient. The breakfast bar was very good and fresh.
• It had a name change and I wasn't notified.

• This hotel was very clean, people were friendly, and the hotel has all of these little extra thing that go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.
• There was nothing that I didn't like.

“My family and I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. the pool area was large and clean. The breakfast was one of the better one I've been to. The suite concept was convenient, we could lay our kid down in the bedroom and still had room to entertain the grandparent in the living room. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Great room and pool area; location close by several favorite restaurants; clean and new looking rooms and common areas.
• Limited parking; located on busy thoroughfare caused some traffic inconveniences (minor). Overall an excellent, quality place to stay.

• The room was more than I expected very big and comfortable.
• Even with the heat on high it was a bit chilly.

• Nothing. It was filthy. This could be an excellent property with some standards in place
• No standards. Unclean. Employees less than motivated. This place was substandard.

“The housekeeping and cleanliness was among the worst I've seen. Room smelled moldy, carpet stains, blood stained comforter. The hotel could be good if there were standards in place. In it's present state. I'd avoid it in the future and recommend you reduce it's rating significantly. Frankly, it's a dump. If you need an example, the top of the juice machine in the breakfast area probably hasn't been dusted since the Truman presidency.”
