• I think the smoking rooms are convenient. So many hotels have done away with this.
• The breakfast area was small and very crowded in the morning with only about 10 people.

“The location is great and everyone was very friendly. The queen whirlpool suite was very nice for a Super 8.”

• All the necessities were provided for and service was good.
• It was very difficult to enter and exit the parking lot.

“This was my first stay at a "Super 8" and I was very pleased with my experience. Everything was more than adequate and for its price range it was better than most other places.”

• Was in a convenient spot.
• Not enough food for every one in the hotel.

“The hotel was nice the rooms OK, the bathroom very small, not enough food for all the guest for their Continental breakfast, we went down half hour after it started there was nothing left to eat we left empty.”

• It was very close to the Children's Hospital - nice location!

• The room was kind of dirty and there were ants.

• The cleanliness and the smell.

“The hotel was conveniently located but was not clean. The halls smelled and the room toilet had not been cleaned in days. You can tell they are cutting to many corners not inspecting rooms making sure they are tidy and at least smell clean.”

• Price too high and the hallways stink.

• Cheap.
• Not much for breakfast.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had free internet and cable. The area was very nice with lots of places to eat and visit such as a zoo and mall. It was also right off of the highway.”

• The room!

“The air conditioner blew out warm, wet air. The hotel was full so no room changes. The room was dirty, grit in the shower and along the edges of the sink. Floor did not look clean. Could not change the shower stream to fill the tub (after I scrubbed it) for my grandchild.”

• Continental breakfast.
• Everything else besides the continental breakfast.

“Horrible place, there was mold in the bathroom and the floor had someone else's finger clippings on it. Only 1 pillow on the bed for my husband and me to share, we asked the desk for another and they said they had none. The TV was all in German. The room was smoking (I'm allergic); even though we asked for non, and when we wanted to be relocated, they said there were no more rooms. The only good thing was the continental breakfast.”

• Smoking rooms are very unpleasant to stay in.

“Hotel was okay, had to turn around after exiting highway to access the hotel's parking lot. I had a smoking room and after I returned home, I could smell the smoke odor on my bags and clothes I had in the hotel room.”
