• Very reasonably priced for the amenities that were provided. Very clean!
• The pool had a chlorine smell to it. It was strong enough to burn eyes and throat.

“Great room. Great staff. Great breakfast. The only drawback to our stay was the pool area. It was set up wonderfully but the chlorine was so strong that it burned the eyes and throat just standing near it. Im sure this was a very unfortunate and limited situation. All in all it was a great place to stay.”

• Clean, convenient and close to the airport.
• Heating cooling system was terrible.

“The fatal flaw for this place was its climate control system. It was a single wall unit trying to accommodate a long room. Hard under most circumstances, but this equipment wouldn't stay on for more than about 90 minutes without manual intervention. There's no good reason why the fan couldn't stay running to provide at least some airflow.”

• Bathroom lighting.

“Great staff. travel parking was real convenient. shuttle drivers excellent. Had a problem with bathroom light that would not shut off. Clean, quiet room.”

• The location was close to other attractions in the Milwaukee area.
• The breakfast hours were not long enough to accommodate my guest and myself.

“Clean, friendly to animals, many amenities in each room. Enough entrances to accommodate the size of the hotel. I was disappointed there was not an on site restaurant.”

• Pool area was wonderful, happy hour, and fabulous breakfast.
• Dirty room, rude front desk person.

“Our first impression was formed when we found a bathtub patched with duct tape, when we opened the sofa bed it had dirty linens from the previous people - yuck! It took over an hour for someone to bring us clean linens to make the bed - we finally gave up waiting and put the kids to bed in sleeping bags. The kids loved the pool area, there is a nice 6" pool with frog slide for the little guys, a bigger pool for our older kids, and a hot-tub. The hotel offers a happy hour and a nice complimentary breakfast in their pub. The kids loved making their own waffles! Not sure that we will go back because of the cleanliness issue. ”

• I liked every thing about this hotel.
• There was a problem with the heating cooling unit keeping the room too warm.
