• Customer oriented staff, comfortable beds, and an excellent food.
• Layout of facility a little hard to navigate.

“From the moment we arrived staff were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were both excellent. We only stayed one night but would have liked to been there longer to enjoy the pool area.”

• Great pools and events.
• We called for late arrival, and the room had been canceled anyway.

“Great hotel, but direction to get to this hotel VS Courtyard at front of property are terrible. There is a Marriott welcome sign that leads you to the Courtyard not the resort. We tried to get in at the Courtyard not knowing it was not our hotel, and we rang the buzzer at the door for 20 minutes without a response. We finally called the number on our receipt and found out we were at the wrong hotel.”

• It was so quiet at night I could sleep with the windows open.

• The hotel not only looked great on the inside but also, the grounds were beautiful.
• Difficult to park nearby because of the theater on the weekend.

• Relaxing and lots to do - great pool & walking trails.

“The hotel was great. The lobby area was beautiful and the hotel had everything you might need. I enjoyed the walking trails and the outdoor pool area the most. The bedding was fantastic too - so cozy!”

• We liked the indoor/outdoor pool and the comfortable rooms.
• I think they could spruce up the hallways.

“I spent the night with my 3 children and it was a very good experience. The location was good and the beds were comfortable. The room was nice but the hallways could use some sprucing up. We did enjoy our night there.”

• The front line staff was amazing in attempting to help me sort out a dilemma due to the water being briefly shut off.
• The Manager did not attempt to help out the front line staff to sort out the dilemma above.

“This hotel and stay was amazing even with the small dilemma of the water being shut off until 5:30am and me requiring to leave early in the morning. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all of friends, family and colleagues because of the friendly staff, cleanliness and beauty of the hotel.”

• The bedding was heavenly.
• We had 2 double beds. I would have liked queen beds.

• It was fantastic. I loved my stay at this property.
• I worked with them to set up a cab pickup for the morning and they did not show up until I had them call again in the morning.

“It was a great stay. If the cab would have been properly scheduled in the morning, the stay would have been perfect.”

• Comfort of the beds and pillows, being able to use the pool, very clean and warm.
• Cold air coming in from sliding doors.

• The staff was amazingly accommodating.
• The full size bed in the large room we occupied was out of place. At least a queen size bed should have been in this room.

“The staff was very accommodating to us, giving us a room to freshen up in and then agreeing to move our luggage to a king-size room when it was ready.”

• Large, very clean rooms. Excellent beds!
• Dark hallways.

“My wife and I got married at this hotel 21 years ago. It was as great now as we remember it then. Excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Slept well each night. Hi-speed Internet is expensive--$12.95 per night. Spacious grounds. Parking no problem. Very convenient to I-294 & 94.”

• No exhaust fan in the bathroom and would prefer sink outside of the bathroom.
