• Room carpet needed cleaning.

• They were able to provide us with most of what we asked for like an iron.
• We stayed on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator.

“The staff we encountered was extremely nice and personable.”

• It was convenient to my place of work.
• The maid service timing went into the early afternoon.

“Is a nice place to sleep if weary from the road? Not recommended for the long stay, but a god place to sleep for the night.”

• Desk personnel were very helpful.
• Nothing.

“Excellent hotel. Desk personnel was very helpful. Room was great and for a light sleeper was very quite although some family was noisy outside in the hallway at 1 AM. Small continental breakfast.”

• The front desk attendant was very nice.
• The air conditioning was very loud and the bed was horrible.

“Overall, I wasn't expecting much from the hotel because it was economy. The bed was like sleeping on a board and the air conditioning was so loud it kept waking us up. There was also a spider in the bathroom and the Kleenex was empty. The most positive thing about staying there was the front desk attendant that took care of us at check in and check out. She was very nice and friendly. Kudos to her for making you feel welcome.”
