• We liked the layout of the room overall. The breakfast was very good.
• One area that was hard to work with was the closet. The opening was too small. I did burn myself on the coffee when the elevator jerked.

“Overall our experience was very pleasant. If we have the chance, we will stay at Springhill Suites again.”

• Amazingly clean, helpful staff, wonderful expanded breakfast, great pool and spa.
• There was nothing I found unpleasant.

“We stayed at this hotel originally primarily because it accommodated 6 people in one room, but the overall experience was exceptional. The hotel is clean, the staff was very helpful and nice, the expanded breakfast was a bonus, the internet availability was adequate and appreciated, and the pool and spa were nice and very clean (!). I also liked the accessibility to the Deerfield train station. It was just close enough to Downtown Chicago to feel like we were IN Chicago, but also close enough to the North suburbs and all that is offered there.”

• Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Great price. Highly recommended.
• Pool was kind of small.

“I was very impressed with the room. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and up to date. The sitting area and desk with internet access was perfect for us. I also was very impressed with the free continental breakfast. It had a large selection of foods and drinks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a very good stay at the Springhill Suite in Lincolnshire and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will stay here again!”

“Excellent location in the suburbs, close to the interstate and great America. The rooms were set up nicely for families and the breakfast was great. The breakfast set up could've been set up better for traffic flow, but made up for it with selection of foods.”

• Friendly service and the room were very clean.
• The room had two double beds instead of a queen or king.

“This hotel was a convenient place to stay in the north suburbs of Chicago. Its located 1/4 mile from Milwaukee Avenue, which means it's far enough away that you don't get road noises. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the room was clean and spacious.”

“Nice option for business travelers and families staying in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Rooms are nothing fancy, but very roomy and immaculate. Easy access to 294 and numerous dining and shopping options within a few mile radiuses. This was my first experience at a Stay bridge Suites, and I am certainly willing to stay there again.”

“Have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean and attractive. Beds are very comfortable. Like the refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The continental breakfast is very good. I often use the computer and internet in the lobby to find places of interest. Pool and gym area are well used.”

• The provided breakfast was a step above what you usually receive.
• Not a big enough breakfast area for the size of hotel.

“Very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, more choices than usual. However the breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel many rooms not many tables. Breakfast was crowded and you had to wait in line for use of a toaster (only two provided). This is a small point and I would stay here again if in the area.”

“I think this hotel should provide free Internet service. Additionally, this hotel should provide shuttle service not only to O'Hare airport, but also to Rosemont station on Blue Line.”
