• Recently renovated, great included breakfast.
• A little inconvenient exit parking lot due to one way street/clerk did not know this was prepaid room and asked for payment.

“Great hotel for the price. Very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Ice and vending machines appear to be on each floor. Lobby was appealing and offered complimentary beverages (including milk) 24 hrs a day. Fresh baked cookies at 8 pm. Breakfast was included, even had some hot items. Very good value.”

• Easy access to I94. Great breakfast buffet for the $. Located near Gurnee Mills.
• Hotel staff made it sound difficult when I asked for non-smoking.

• Very clean and good location.
• No indoor pool/ whirlpool.

“We were interested in going to the Gurnee Mills Mall and the location of this hotel was perfect! The only drawback was there was no indoor pool or whirlpool to rest our weary bones at the end of the shopping day!”

• Got a double bed room instead of a queen as requested.

“This hotel is provides reasonably priced, comfortable lodgings for short-term stays. The staff is courteous and professional (the dining area staff is particularly nice and attentive).”

• Very convenient to mall.
• Called to ask for a non smoking room and got a smoking room.

“It would have been nice if this hotel had an inside pool. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was ok, but the food wasn't real warm.”

• pool was very clean and outside
• broken furniture in the room, my dresser drawer was broken

“The cleeanliness and look of the hotel was great, the access from the street driving was not as convenient as it could have been but doable. Staff was very nice.”

• Great breakfast and good coffee. Location was perfect!
• Bathroom could have been more clean and the pool as well.

“Overall this hotel was great! The price was perfect, the coffee bar and breakfast were lovely. My kids and husband loved the pillows and we had ample towels without having to order more up from housekeeping. The tv was a nice size, but the station selection was poor. We would be happy to stay here again for the same price!”

• I really hated the pool area. The pool was very very dirty and non swimmable,

• We were told that there were no pay per view movies¿

• Continental breakfast was great.
• Only two elevators and a whole bunch of people.

“Everything was pretty much as I expected of a two star hotel. It was pretty clean, with the exception of the elevators. Unfortunately, the first night we were there, a large group of teenaged kids checked in - a class trip, I think, and my grandson and I waited over 1/2 hour for the elevator! There are only two and so many people at once. I think that the group should have used only one, and let the rest of the guests use the other one or something like that. Also, the next morning, the fruit was empty and eggs were gone and we were at breakfast before 9 o'clock. They also removed the breakfast things at 10 minutes to 10, rather than 10 o'clock, as advertised. People coming down to grab a bagel at 9:55 would have been out of luck. THe room was pretty quiet and nice. It would be nicer to have a large table and a suitcase rack, though. Would stay there again.”

• Just walking in gave you a friendly enviroment and made you feel welcomed.

“Hotel is in a great area for shopping.The facilities are excellent and breakfast and evening snacks how can that be beat!”
