• I liked the breakfast buffet and dinner social gatherings.
• The bed was too hard and the pool had too much chlorine.

“The hotel overall was really good. The customer service was great and the location ideal for shopping dining and visiting the Downtown attractions.”

• I liked how open the room was.
• The hotel is a bit hidden from the road. It doesn't really jump out at you.

“I thought that my stay was great! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and you get complementary breakfast from 7-10 am. Which I though was a long time. Usually there over around 8. One plus, it's right up the street from Oakbrook mall! I would stay here again.”

• Staff was outstanding.
• A little hard to find on 1st try.

“This hotel has such a wonderful staff that makes you feel at home. They had a social gathering and the manager and front desk as well as the maids were always so friendly. I can not recommend this hotel enough, the room was a good surprise well laid out I would definitely stay there again.”

• Great location and the rooms are huge, great hotel.
• Was kind of hard to get to it lots of turns in parking lot.

• It was very clean, comfortable and attractive.
• The view and sound of the highway outside my window.

“The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed my one night stay there very much. It was great to have all the kitchen amenities including dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink. It felt like being at home.”

• The decor and lay out of the rooms are very efficient.
• Our first room was on a floor that smelled like burnt popcorn. It was immed and corrected when we called. We were booked to a diff. floor.

“While a little awkward to locate, this hotel was more than we expected. Great room layout to sleep, eat, lounge. You can get a room with a door between the bedroom and sitting room. Hotel lobby seating room was comfortable and accessible.”

• Spacious rooms, lots of amenities
• Impossible to find!! Sign at street was minute and crowded with other signs.

“This hotel is brand new and so very clean. I was checked in by a trainee which took a long time and I was very tired and short on patience. The building is not visible from the street and the sign is small and does not stand out from the other signs lumped in with it. Other guests in lobby complained about this too. (Jeepers, don't they know we're coming from out of town?)”
