• Price was appropriate for the service.
• The daily room services (towels, washcloths, coffee for the coffee maker, coffee condiments) were not constant.

“Overall the hotel was clean and in a good location for our stay. The price was reasonable. And the hotel manager personally corrected any misfortunes we had.”

• It was quiet and the staff was nice.
• It was not as clean as I had expected, trash on the floor behind the bed, and the bathroom smelled.

“It could have been better if the staff checked the rooms before they were occupied. The standard was just low.”

• Clean and comfortable, conveniently located.
• Bathroom a little old with need to be painted ceilings.

“Overall stay was good, very convenient location. Surrounded by major roads and highways. Minutes away from target and restaurants. Very upscale neighborhood. Surprisingly good continental breakfast. Nice staff.”

• Nice assortment of breakfast foods.
• Parking away from the room and the flights of stairs with all the baggage.

“The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the outdoor pool, although the hotel we stayed in the very next night was much nicer at fifteen dollars less per night. The price per night is a bit high for what you get.”

• It was very clean.
• When we requested a crib we were made to come downstairs to get it ourselves.

“The lady at the front desk was almost illiterate. She was unable to run my corporate credit card properly. Inept and rude. The room smelled, was old, Nasty, and dirty. I left after 30 minutes to stay at another hotel.”

“HELP! I reserved a room for 3 days. On the first day when I checked in to the room there was someone in that particular room. Fairfield had given me someone else's room. On the second day when I returned to my room late at night and opened the door imagine my shock to discover some lady in my room! Fairfield had checked me out, but my room key still worked! They did not find my stuff, but did give me a new room. Twice in one stay? Ouch! Needless to say ALWAYS lock your deadbolt to prevent surprises of this nature.”
