• Cleanliness.
• Loud noises which the hotel couldn't control.

“The hotel was clean and spacious. People up stairs from us were drunk and partying all night long. Called the front desk two times to tell them and they wouldn't call down. My whole family was kept awake until 2 AM 2 nights in a row.”

• The staff was friendly.
• Too many Indian people, the room smelled of curry.

“The staff was very nice. The room smelled from other people cooking chicken and curry. The beds were super firm. I would strongly suggest that if you stay in this hotel bring your own sheets and pillows. Until they remodel I only give it 1 star.”

• Very quiet.
• Smelly, flat pillows; burn holes in sheets, no DVD or aux jack on TV.

“The staff was excellent, if the room was cleaner and more equipped, we wouldn't have needed to bother them as much. The hotel was hard to find from the road-we needed to call more than once. Very quiet on the weekends. Would have liked coffee or refreshments in lobby as we had to wait for our room.”

• Hotel location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.
• Beds were like rocks making it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

“Overall, this hotel was great. We loved having the full kitchen available to us. Our main complaint was the beds. They were so hard that I slept in the recliner for four of the nights we stayed in this hotel. My companion could only sleep by taking a sleeping aid and woke with back pain. Upon asking if all of the rooms had the same beds we were told, "Yes they are all the same. Hard as rocks." We were disappointed that we found beds at the Best Western motels we stayed at while traveling on the road better then a hotel that proposes to cater to business and family travelers.”

• First room: the TV was broken. Next room: shower didn't work, had to wait for repair. Fridge made awful noise, and the sheets were not clean.

Fridge made awful noise, and the sheets were dirty with hairs etc. Completely disgusting. I honestly don't think anyone had stayed in that room for months before I occupied it. I would've been better off at an economy Motel, that way at least I would know what quality of place I'd be staying at.”

• Frig is noisy, heat not controlled by thermostat.

• It smells bad and High Speed Internet is not High Speed.

“I am not very impressed with this facility. The smell from people cooking is not filtered out. I would not recommend it to anyone. I am only staying there due to relocating with work and it is conveniently located to my office until I get relocated in town.”

“The hotel staff didn't seem to care about the guests concerns. Hotel amenities were not monitored by staff for failure. Hotel structure was hazardous (leaking ceilings, worn out flooring: I could feel the floor joists through the carpet and flooring). Hotel rooms were mixed (smoking and non smoking) on the same floor/corridor; making my non smoking room smell from the adjacent smoking rooms. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel.”

• They tried to charge me an extra $10 for two beds instead of one queen.

• The visibility from the road. It was hard to find.

“This hotel was very accommodating for someone with a disability. We wanted to dine at a specific type of restaurant and the Desk Clerk was able to point us to an absolutely fabulous place even though he was from another location and only filling in. We will definitely stay there again.”

• They need friendlier staff.

“When I arrived in the evening at the hotel the staff expressed surprise and did not have my reservation. When I insisted that I have a reservation, he pulled out a reservation request out of the trash can! He said that I was bumped to another facility but they were too busy to contact me. I was frustrated to go to another facility late in the evening with young family. The staff at the other facility was equally bad in the beginning and later understood my situation but did extend very little help. I also learnt that I will only get a queen bed even though I mentioned 2 adults and 1 child in the reservation. There was no option available in the reservation form to mention 2 queen beds or 1 king size bed. Also, I paid the same rate as their local rates but got a very poor service.”
