• Cheap for number of days we were in town; good TV.
• Wet soiled carpeting, noisy next to laundry, sort of dingy.

“If you just need a place to sleep, shower, and watch a little TV this is a perfect choice. The bed, bathroom, and TV were good. Complementary breakfast was poor: weak coffee, juices out of order, selection of croissants, donuts, or muffins and the same every single day. But the price was right and we didn't expect it to be as good as it was.”

• Hotel had an overwhelming odor of cleaning product.

“This hotel does not deserve the three start rating it had when I booked it online. First of all, it's a motel, it had no lobby to speak of. It's in a skanky part of town, has an overwhelming odor of Lysol, the decor was sparse and what there was poor. Little more comfortable than a prison cell.”

• This hotel is disgusting.

“This hotel is a disgrace to the hotel industry. Not clean, water was undrinkable, unable to take a shower and smelled of raw sewage. It was nauseating. The airport shuttle waiting time was at least one hour. Overall this was the worst experience in any hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I travel 2-3 times a month.”

• Location was nice for what I needed.
• No parking at all. Had to park at McDonald's the whole weekend.

“Great for short stays. No parking.”

• It's convenient and clean.
• Parking lot might not be able for every visitor.

“It's very close to I-90 and very easy to go to downtown Chicago. We went there for conference, so I think that the hotel is a good choice.”

• It is not easy to find its location.

“It is a good place for money saving trip. The hotel offer free shuttle to airport, breakfast and internet. Staff members are friendly.”

• The overall size of the room. Plenty of room around the bed.
• The water smelled like well water. Gross!

“Did not like the fact that there were no elevators. I had to lug a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs. Not good for anybody who needs handicapped accessible facilities.”
