• They're not very accommodating.

“Nice space if you don't plan to do anything but sleep. The hot tub was, at best, Luke warm. There was so much chlorine in it that my eyes (and a few more people) were burning so much we had to leave! The bubbles in the hot tub were from the chlorine!”

“The rooms were very clean and the room was very homey. Really like the fact that it was reasonably priced especially the way everything has been so costly.”

• Guests who stayed in the room over ours were loud and annoying.

“Overall our stay was enjoyable however when we called the front desk to complain about noise from the room over ours, the noise continued all night.”

“The hotel is conveniently located to the Gurnee Mills Mall, within walking distance to the Kohl's entrance. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was excellent - from french toast to waffles and donuts.”
