• Friendly staff. Clean, good pool and Jacuzzi was handy to friends and relatives locations.
• Had to leave to soon.

“Easy access and close to city and all necessary facilities. Clean and friendly. Loved the pool with the Jacuzzi in same area as you could relax and watch the kids swim at the same time. Great location for the business traveler, being adjacent to the interstate and near Milwaukee and Chicago.”

• Morning breakfasts; location of room, bar accommodations.
• One of the gals at desk-not friendly.

“Great location as we were attending our son's wedding which was located on the same property as the hotel.”

• The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was great with hot and cold foods to choose from.
• The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable we put the mattress on the floor it was better that way.

“I would stay here again I thought it was a good value, it was clean and in a safe area. The free breakfast saved us another meal out.”

• Had a swimming facility.
• The receptionist (Did not get her name her hair is jet black).

“Called receptionist @8:30pm did not answer the phone. Once I realize she refuse to answer it was a must that I go to the front to see if someone was there, and their she was sitting there doing nothing. I understand the housekeeper leave at a reasonable time, so it was ok. For me to get towels from the desk because my husband was not feeling so well (vomiting). It was her job to answer the phone to explain to me the housekeeper is gone for today, and I will have to come to pick them up myself. Nevertheless, from the time guests arrive it should be all around great customer service skills, but this lady (long jet black hair) was not professional at all.”
