• Shuttle was nice. Decent location. Pretty good breakfast.
• Good for one night stay but not much else.

“The hotel was nice because it was not right next to O'Hare and wasn't in a bad neighborhood. Breakfast was decent and the shuttle was really nice. Recommended for a short stay.”

• Room reeked of smoke. Reserved non smoking.

“Hotel is not clean in general. Staff not friendly or helpful. Room in disrepair. I reserved a non smoking room and my room reeked of smoke.”

• The continental breakfast was above and beyond our expectations.

• The buffet breakfast included in the price was very good.
• They billed me for my stay even though it had been paid for in advance.

“The hotel is small, but clean and well lit and just 15 minutes from O'Hare. Upon check in, the front desk staff was very friendly. There is a breakfast buffet included and there is something for everyone's taste.Two days after returning home I found out the hotel had charged me for my stay, even though it had been paid in advance but rectified the situation.”

• The main desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful
• congested area, no indoor pool

“Have stayed in nicer hotels in the area for less, but this one came up this time and I wouldn't hesitate to return to La Quinta again. I finally found out why it was called La Quinta.”
