• Unique, classy decor. Loved the comfy beds!

“It suited our need for price,convenience & location as we brought our college-bound student to Chicago. Were a bit disappointed after "move-in day" that the hot tub was closed for service...oh well.”

• Has an exclusive feel when driving in the main entrance. Well-appointed bed coverings, very comfortable.
• No coffee maker in the room.

“I would stay there again. It was a very nice hotel and has an 18 hole championship golf course which adds to the list of amenities. It's conveniently located off of I-88 but seems somewhat secluded. I could see the Chicago skyline very well from my 5th floor room.”

• Staff at the Grille restaurant were incredibly helpful in finding me the right Metro stop to take for an event that evening when I was short for time.

“The bathroom floor had clearly not been washed in awhile, there was dried soap puddles and my feet stuck to it, also the area around the toilet on the floor was filthy. These two issues aside, I would definitely return to the hotel as overall it's a great stay for a reasonable price and there are lots of things to do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.”

• Nice gym, nice bed.
• Rude staff, small bathroom, dirty linen, and duck feces on golf course.

“Bathrooms were small; linens looked old and worn, room service didn't get order right and most unfriendly staff I have ever met. There are duck feces all over the golf course!”

• Bathroom tub is raised and has a dangerous step down, both of us almost fell getting out.

“Nice hotel, about ten minutes from oak brook mall and Yorktown mall. Very comfortable bedding and clean rooms. Only complaint was the off and on satellite cable system.”

• Good location. Look nice.
• Internet connection cost $12.95. Can't claim to be family oriented.

“The hotel is nice. The view is excellent. The distance to Chicago is fair. The room size is ok. The bathroom is tiny and without exhaust; therefore, vapor and smell (if any) from the bathroom would linger in the bedroom as well. For today standard, cost for internet access at $12.95 per day is a shameful charge. Common travelers rely on internet for communication and local information; therefore, a costly internet connection is a big thorn in our eyes. It does not make sense for traveling either for leisure or business.”

• The location, the spacious, beautiful rooms and the rate I got it at.
• Nothing.

“The staff was very helpful. I wish there would have been coffee available in the lobby while we were coming & going. I didn't want to go up to the room and wait to make a pot. But overall, I would love to stay there again if the opportunity comes along.”

• Incidental charges for everything, internet access too expensive, no self-serve laundry facilities, local phone charges.

“For a hotel that prides itself on attention to details, basic amenities such as laundry facilities, free internet access and local phone calls were noticeably missing. Too many incidental charges.”

• Didn't realize a hotel was off Midwest road down there.

“It was quiet, great comfortable beds; roomy, clean, friendly and helpful front desk greeted us right away, great view of the golf course and surrounding area, would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• The location was beautiful with the golf courses surrounding the building.
• The only thing I didn't like was the "game room". It was not near as nice and a little run down.

• The views of the golf course are stunning.
• no baby pool.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes golf. The views were absolutely amazing!! The grounds were beautifully kept, it was a shame the course was booked when we were there. Our family will definitely be back for more fun, sun, and golf!!”

“I really enjoyed my trip to Chicago I called the day I was leaving to let them know I was going to check in late, and it wasn't a problem. good thing I did because the hotel was booked for the night. My wife and I both enjoyed the stay at the Marriott oak brook hills resort. wish we could have enjoyed more of the hotel, but it was late when we checked in so that was our fault.”

“We were greeted by friendly staff, who were very eager to help answer any questions we had. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room we got actually had 2 queen beds, which my co-travelers said were THE highlight of the hotel. I agree with them. The corridors were quiet at night, so I have no complaints!”

“Beautiful hotel, no charge for parking in a large lot. No complementary breakfast but a very good buffet. Far from the city (Chicago) but worth the drive must have rental car. My rental rate was excellent.”
