• Cleanliness and comfort.

“Clean, comfortable, continental breakfast, pool, business center and lounge with television. A great hotel and a greater value if you get it on Priceline!”

• The beds slept wonderful. The atmosphere was great and quiet.
• The room smell like cigarette smoke. I didn't ask for non smoking room. o refrigerator and no continential breakfast.

“I travel to Milwaukee often each year and I will be staying there for each visit. I have already recommended the hotel to family and friends. It was not far from my mother's house. The staff was friendly.”

• Hot tub, feather comforter.
• Non smoking.

“The hotel met our needs for the trip and we were able to smoke on our own personal balcony which was nice. I did appreciate the friendly staff that was more than willing to accommodate us with anything we needed. I did not like how far away the hotel was from where we wanted to be, but that was not the hotels fault. Fast check in/out, clean facility's and friendly staff.”

• They changed our stay date due to our having car trouble.
• There was nothing derogatory to say.

“The best thing that pleased us is that when we had car trouble and had to delay a day to have repairs made, the hotel changed the date that we could arrive. This was absolutely fabulous and the hotel needs to be commended.”

• Fastest check in me has encountered.
• Small pool, choice of carpeting in the room.

“We stayed here while my daughter participated in an athletic event. It was very clean, which is my #1 criteria for a hotel. They achieved the fastest check in process I ever experienced at a hotel. There was an enormous Snowbank that blocked the view turning from the highway into the hotel parking lot. Though we did not use it, the pool areas were very small and we would not stay here if that was important to us. Otherwise, it met all our requirements.”

• Very quiet, nice, great beds.
• Quite away from the freeways.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is in a good area although quite always from the freeway. The only problem I had was with the housekeeper that knocked on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door.”

• The beds were the most comfortable of any I have slept in.
• No free continental breakfast.

“This hotel was among the best I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was not free, and ended up costing my family of four around $20. Still, this hotel was a super and I highly recommend it!”

• Reasonable.
• Pool area/hot tub was dingy and dirty looking.

“The Hotel was a good value, the rooms were clean most of the staff was fine. The only thing that really made me dissatisfied with the whole experience was a body wash was left behind and they supposedly couldn't find it- makes me wonder what else they may have helped themselves too had it been left behind.”

• Convenient location - easy check in, nice room. Felt safe.
• Hotel had some old worn qualities and room was not exceptionally clean.

“I would give it a 6/10 out of similar hotels I have stayed at. Location was really good -easy to locate and safe, well - lit. Staff friendly. I did think the hotel needed some renovations and also - the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night - strange! For travelers this was not the best.”

• Comfy beds, good coffee, china cups, good bath products.
• I wish breakfast was available earlier than 6 a.m. We had to leave too early.

“My husband and I came up for Summer fest at the last minute. The hotel is lovely, a great room, large, staff is extremely accommodating to special needs. Even though we couldnt stay for breakfast, we were able to get apples and coffee in the lobby for the road. I just wished we could have stayed longer.”
