• It was very close to the places I needed - family in Addison, IL - just 8 mins away, grocery store, restaurants.

“Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Close to major expressways - close to O'Hare Airport.”

• Room was clean, dry, and was equipped with iron and hair dryer.
• A mistake was made when our key cards were programmed for only 1 day instead of 2, forcing us to walk around the hotel to enter through the lobby.

• Sheets, bed spreads in poor condition. Amenities below economy level

“Being a professional hospitality executive, I find this hotel clean, well maintained ( except bed linens, very worn out and low quality), but it is too economy, felt like Motel 8. My perception of Marriot was of much higher level.”

• It was cheap.
• It was a little not clean (i.e. hair) and very down-to-the-basics without even breakfast.

• staff was helpful. close to Schaumburg and Woodsfield which is what we were looking for.
• I passed right by it the first time. It's a little hidden from the road.

• They had my room and keys ready when I showed up.
• This hotel is not within walking distance of anything.

“This is exactly what you expect out of a courtyard Marriot. Not much flare. But really clean, updated, with a indoor pool and fitness area. Within a mile to the Wood Dale Metro Train Station so it convenient to go downtown. I recommend if you are wanting to go downtown.”

• Staff was courteous and helpful.
• High speed internet difficult to use. Could not order a movie and also had problem dialing local calls.

• Nice pool and spa area to enjoy.
• Our room was not as clean as it could be.

“Except for the dirty sock on top of the lamp next to the bed that was in the room when we checked in and was still there when we checked out 2 days later, room was not thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping, we enjoyed our stay. The rest of the place seemed well kept and I would stay there again.”

• Very clean, excellent maid service!
• Blankets were a bit torn.

“Typical Courtyard Marriott. Location is roughly 3 miles from O'Hare airport so you may hear some jet noise. Nice common area with a big screen TV in the lobby. Very impressive maid service. They provide great newspapers as well.”

• Willing to switch our room from one king bed to two queen beds without a hassle.

“We had a nice stay. Would have liked a roll away in our room, but they were out. Understandable that they only have a certain number of these though and they were willing to bring up extra blankets to help.”

• Clean rooms, conveniently located to where I needed to be. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.
• The walls seemed a little thin and I was able to hear people walking down the halls and coughing through the walls.

“This hotel was a comfortable, clean and conveniently located hotel. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member and check in was quick and easy. I was only there one night so I didn't get to take advantage of the pool or restaurants, however my stay was nice. Thank you.”

• I really liked how there was an restaurant inside. We were out of towner's and didn't know where anything was so it was extremely convenient.
• When I called to ask if we could check in early the lady said we did not have any reservations, so I complained. They needed better workers.

“This hotel was very convenient for are stay in IL. It was close to what we were there for and high class. Like we are use to. I would stay at this hotel again if we take another vacation to IL.”

• Ann at Front Desk gave stellar service.
• Had old, nasty pillow on bed and long black hair in bathroom(I'm blonde)
