• Very noisy all through the night. I could hear every room around me. The noise from upstairs was the worst.

• Closeness to Miller Park.
• Could not get into the pool area very well. the door would not open as it was bent.

• Very friendly staff and convenience.
• Very narrow hallways and in need a remodel. Strange layout.

“Worked fine for a few nights stay. Check out restaurant and lounge in basement-food not that great but had a blast at the bar. The room was good sized but needs remodeled. Location is good, just a two minute drive to Miller Stadium.”

• Walking distance to Miler Park. Decent Bar.
• Pool is also used by apartments.

“For a Brewer fan you couldn't ask for a better spot. Walking distance. A lot of Brewer fans use it.”

• Within walking distance of Miller Park, nice pool and hot tub.
• Continental breakfast area was too small there was not enough room for everyone to sit and eat.

“Very conveniently located within walking distance of Miller Park. Nice pool and hot tub. Only negative was the continental breakfast area; some people had to stand to eat or take it back to their room because the area was too small and there were only four tables.”

• Worst hotel experience of my life.
• Hotel staff did nothing to correct the noise from the two parties that were going on next door.

“Gangster Central. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Noise level was unacceptable. Two parties were occurring two different rooms, both near my room. Staff did nothing.”

• I enjoyed the free high speed wireless internet.
• The elevator was old and unstable, bathroom not very clean.

“Although the bathroom was small and not very clean, everything else was great. Including the free high speed wireless and the bar/cocktail lounge being open until 2am. It was also pretty quiet all night, no rowdy people.”

• Close to our destination.
• Room not soundproof. Heat would not shut off. Had to sleep with the air on full blast all night!

“Awful. We could hear noise from all surrounding rooms. Vent fan in bathroom did not through the air out - when ever it was turned on; we could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere - into our non-smoking room. We could not adjust the heat ourselves. We slept with the air conditioning on all night because we were sweating! There wasn't much of a continental breakfast. Also, the parking situation was awful! Not enough parking for guests - we had to park a few blocks away on the street! The hotel is attached to a rental property - the pool is shared with tenants and their guests - not just those staying at the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel!”

• Whirlpool was not hot.

“The hotel is easy to get to from the interstate. The entrance and parking is tight. The pool is nice but the hot tub is a little on the cool side.”

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• I could hear our neighbors at 2:30am watching TV loudly.

“The staff was great and helpful. The bar downstairs was quite loud for a dinner, so we left to do down the street, plus no body waited on us. The room was clean; however, the mattress was damp on one whole side of the bed. We threw a few towels down as we noticed it late at night.”

• Overall cleanliness to be updated.

“Hotel needs updating but overall it is clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast was moderate with poor selection. I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. Also, please note that this hotel was considered to be on the south side, near the airport. It was not. It took us 20 minutes plus to get to the airport. My husband grew up in Milwaukee and was very surprised this was considered south (I had booked the hotel when he was not around to tell me what area it was in).”

• Pool area very nice, staff friendly, room perfect.
• Sat at restaurant & didn't get order taken. Bar part was full of drinkers. Not family friendly. Room service was 17% extra.

“Very excellent stay but work on the restaurant have the restaurant separate from the bar or have free room service.”

• The room was large and clean. The pool area was very pleasant.

• The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
• The pool staff had us leave before the posted closing time.

“The hotel was basically average in most respects. Average room, average pool, average continental breakfast, etc. The beds were on the uncomfortable side, but the front desk staff was great (very friendly, courteous). We had a problem with other guests being very loud one night (banging on doors including ours, yelling, etc). The location was ok close enough to the main streets to be an easy commute but far away enough for it to be not too crazy.”

• Convenient location in the City.
• Noisy room over bar/party room.

“Not very desirable when the band/slightly drunk crowd is blaring away at 2 am (in one hotel after 3:30am). Otherwise the hotel was perfectly fine for the monies. But I would definitely have paid more for a quieter location in the hotel. Sad thing was I never discover this problem until it's too late to do anything about it.”
