The room was nice and clean and everyone was very cordial. Great time, thank you.
The idiots that were high/drunk from one room talking loud late at night in the courtyard.

“Overall, I had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleaning maid(s) did an excellent job. This stay ended up being much better than I expected.”

I like this hotel because it is in close proximity to Mitsuwa Japan Market.
I thought the morning breakfast was free but only after eating did
I find out it was not.

“Only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay. No noise from other rooms or hall which was surprising. Recommend to stay there anytime.”

Room was on the first floor, coffee.
Free coffee only breakfast 10.95 2 star at least coffee an rolls.

“For the dollar amount okay. No kind of breakfast at all. Not good for a 3 star.”

Convenient to airport and highways.
No restaurant on premises. No vending machines and
no Wi-Fi.

“I've stayed at other Cortyard by Marriott properties before. No wireless internet in my room. The ice maker on my floor did not work and there were absolutely no vending machines anywhere on the floors.”

It was clean and maid service was great.
Did not like the coldness by receptionist at arrival.

Location, very affordable, clean, friendly.
Parking lot was resurfaced, so entry was tricky, but that's temporary.

“Hotel was in a great location. Short distance from major shopping and like 25 minutes from downtown Chicago. It was clean, quiet, great pool conditions, plenty of parking, safe area, near many restaurants and shopping, and was a great overall experience. Would recommend!”

Excellent room with balcony, view of pleasant courtyard and gazebo.
At breakfast we didn't ask the price first and were unpleasantly surprised at the $10.95 price.

“Beautiful rooms, courtyard, and lobby. Well located between O'Hare and Woodsfield Mall for business or leisure travelers.”

Sofa in king rooms.
Toilet broke, wet carpet when I arrived.

“This is a good hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times. Though I had a couple of problems this time around. The toilet handle broke right off and I didn't really even push it that hard. Also, the carpet in front of the vanity was wet when I checked in. I give it 2.5 stars.”

Clean facility.
Breakfast price, parking lot.

“I slept well at night. My son enjoyed pool. The hotel was very clean. I did not like the parking situation, I have a disability and it was too much walking to get back in building because of construction. Also the parking lot was full of nails.”

Location was excellent for my needs.
The cleaning of my room was not completed by the time I got to the room.

“The location of the hotel was very acceptable for my business needs and the staff presented well. My only problem was that my reserved room was not ready and I had to wait in the hall while the cleaning staff worked to complete their tasks. The wait was long enough that I asked the attendant to call the from desk for another room. The only room available was at the complete opposite of the hotel and I had to walk the length with two bags.”

It was very convenient for our trip.
I thought maybe we would get the breakfast buffet.

“I really only used the room for a base, The only amenity we used was the hot tub, which was clean and well maintained. I would use the hotel again in the future.”
