• Nice room.
• WiFi was $10 a day, but free in lobby.

“I liked the hotel with the following exceptions. The WiFi was $10 a day, I know hotels make money on this but it is a pain. Also the TV disabled all inputs. I wanted to output my computer screen to do some data entry work, but it was disabled over VGA out and HDMI. On the positive side they had a 24 hour free business center with a couple computers. My computer crashed while I was there and I was able to use theirs to get my work done. Also the WiFi was free in the lobby and was fairly high speed.”

• I like the fresh look and cleanliness.
• Just a little out of the way for retail and other restaurants.

• Rooms are large and comfortable.
• Many things did not work properly, TV, AC, had to switch rooms.

“Located in an industrial area, the hotel appears to be a converted courtyard. While we encountered some problems, the staff worked to correct them in an acceptable manner. Staff was not overly friendly.”

• Very nice room with modern amenities.
• Pool hot tub was not working (in the middle of maint) & breakfast wasn't great.

“Very nice hotel. Recent upgrades are noticeable. The staff is excellent. The pool is undergoing maintenance work, so the hot tub wasn't available, but everything else was in working order. The breakfast pastries were somewhat stale, and I didn't like that the only option was continental & full buffet, as with smaller children I would prefer to order off a menu. However, the staff made up for this by only charging us for 1 child's buffet for our 2 children. The room & amenities are excellent. The TV is modern, and the beds & bedding are comfortable. This is an excellent place to stay on the weekend with the family, as it is primarily a business hotel, so it was very quiet on the weekend.”

• Each room had a 32 in Flat Screen TV.
• The card reader for the entry door closest to our room was out of order.

• $10/day for high-speed internet in room.

“Would stay here again. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Minor inconveniences: had some trouble regulating room temperature at night and air conditioner was rather noisy when it ran. There was a $10/day charge for high-speed internet in the room but available at no charge in the lobby area. Had a room on the second floor and was not informed of the location or existence of an elevator (we eventually located one on the opposite end of the building, some distance from the lobby and our room).”

• Isolated location with an industrial park feel.

“Quick access to the Chicago suburbs by car made this hotel a good choice for my trip. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Drawbacks were included the isolated, industrial park-like location and tiny fitness room. Good for business travelers.”

• Front desk folks can be a little snooty at times.

“Well appointed rooms and public areas. Good work-out facilities. Walking/jogging path goes through property. I don't understand why this hotel, like many others, puts heavy down comforters on their beds in the summer. I am always either too hot or too cold as there is no in-between.”
