• I stayed 3 nights and room never been cleaned.

“Things were clean when I checked in. But no cleaning was done rest of the days I stayed. I was so busy and tired, no time to complain. As is I stayed clean.”

• Dogs allowed, no desk.

• Very convenient location, refrigerator/freezer was handy.
• Because it is extended stay not everything is refreshed daily.

“Excellent hotel for what I was looking for. Was able to cook my own late-night dinner one night and was very close to the convention I was staying at.”

• I liked the kitchenette, which included a stove, fridge and microwave.
• There was some type of facility next to the hotel, which created a bit of noise.

“The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. The kitchenette in the room provided me with the opportunity to prepare my own meals without having to incur the expense of eating out.”

“The Homestead hotel in Lombard is much better than the reviews I had read. They must have changed management, because our room was clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful.”

• That it had a kitchenette.
• Check-out time, and bed seemed small even though a queen.

• The bathroom was big, the kitchen was nice and clean.
• The bed was very thin and old and it didn't have many channels on the TV.

“Great hotel for the price. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Clean lobby, and room, however the bed was kind of old and uncomfortable.”

• The people were nice to us.
• We were not familiar with the type of hotel and did not find glasses right away nor know about ice.

“It would be good for and extended time. My grand kids would want a pool. We were there to see relatives and were not at the hotel very much.”

• Little things, bad remote, no pans, could have been cleaner, bed not to good.

• The cleanliness of the room.

“First room I checked in the toilet was broken and couldn't be repaired. I was switched rooms, but the room was not too clean. The dishes were old and dirty. The knobs on the heater/AC were torn off and could not be adjust. No vent cover. By this time I didn't feel like moving rooms again and the temp. Was 'ok'. So I gutted it out for the night. As I was not in the room much. I told the front desk when I checked out and was told a manger would contact me about my stay. No one contacted me.”
