• Suite-type room complete with 43 inches LCD TV!
• Complimentary breakfast. Area was not designed well for the volume of people.

“Great hotel that seems new and clean. Comfortable rooms that include sitting area and work desk. Easy to use wireless internet access. The large LCD TV was a big plus. Good indoor pool and excellent fitness equipment. Good selection for complimentary breakfast.”

• The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice.
• Not enough sitting room for the continental breakfast.

“We travel a lot and we loved the hotel. As soon as we arrived the staff were very friendly and acknowledged you as soon as you walked in- everything was about the guest. The rooms were very nicely set up especially for the price. We've stayed at higher priced hotels where the rooms weren't even this nice. I will definitely being staying at this hotel a lot more! Great if you have friends or kids with you too!”

• The entire hotel was clean, room was amazing! Flat screen TV, large space, very modern, fresh good breakfast, warm clean pool.
• Nothing! Even the staff was great! Hands down the best hotel stay for the money ever. (And Ive been to many).

“I have nothing but good things to say, and I am not that easy to please. I was so pleased I will be booking any and all local events at this hotel in the future. There was so much space; the room was so modern and visually appealing. The pool was clean, fun and safe using a guard rope to separate the deep end. The breakfast was so fresh and appealing. The space to eat was warm and friendly. The price was the icing in the cake. It was like stepping into happiness or perfection for a day. I've never thought so highly of a hotel.”

• Convenient, near shopping malls, movies and other entertainment.
• Not within walking distance, must have a vehicle to maneuver around.

“The Hyatt Place is a good place for a get-away weekend and for business travelers. It accommodates most travelers inclusive of price range. To add a full range spa would be fabulous.”

• It was a lot of hotel for the price. I was surprised that the room rate was so low.
• Bathroom could use some upgrading.

“Very nice hotel. Room was exceptionally clean. Loved the flat TV. The hotel location was easily accessible and 2 miles from freeway. Good breakfast items. If I didn't know in advance, I would have rated this hotel as a 3.5 stars hotel. I was very happy with my selection. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will get more than your money's worth and you'll be very happy with your stay.”

• Fresh and upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff.
• Nothing.

“This was a very nice hotel when compared to the rate I paid. The room was very nice with a partition between the sleeping area and the lounging area. I loved the mini refrigerator in the room. The fitness center was top notch, and the pool was a little bigger than most hotels. The breakfast in the morning was good, plus they offered Starbucks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“We have always had an excellent stay at this hotel and will continue to stay there when visiting Chicago. Love the atmosphere and they should really pride themselves on customer service.”

• The room was very nice & the TV was unexpected.
• You can't mapquest this hotel. It's not listed at this time for some reason.

“The hotel is conveniently located by a variety of restaurants & businesses that you may need during your stay. The room was comfortable & the 45" LG TV was nice. The new no smoking law in IL was the only thing that made this stay less than 100% enjoyable!”

• The bed was nice and soft - almost plush.
• Closet was a bit inconvenient.

“Well-appointed and spacious for the price. Huge, flat screen TV. Separate sitting area was very nice. Soft bed. Small fridge was a plus.”

• I liked the 'boutique hotel' feel without the price!
• It was a bit difficult to locate since I was arriving after dark.

“I was quite pleased with this hotel. It had a trendy boutique feel. The staff was helpful and courteous. Touches like the sofa and ottoman and flat screen TV in the room and real dishes for the continental breakfast made an impression. I did not arrive until 10 p.m. and had stopped to pick up something to eat figuring my only option would be a vending machine. It is nice to know that hotels realize that people may need a salad or piece of fruit at any hour of the day or night!”
