• They did not have a king bed available.

• Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
• Some people at the pool started cussing my sons out when we went to the pool.

“ The hotel was very clean, the breakfast bar was always full. They did a good job keeping up the food. We had a good time except the last night with the pool. The hotel was in a good place. Could walk to York Town Mall. We will stay there again. ”

• The evening staff was friendly and the room was very nice.
• The towel rack was in the shower.

“This hotel was good for both long-term and short-term trips. We weren't staying very long, but the staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. I found that the evening staff was slightly more friendly than the morning/mid afternoon. The woman that checked us in though was wonderful! The room was larger than others we usually stay in and there was a huge TV and free WIFI internet. The only downsides were that the pillows were a little more firm than I would like and there was the towel rack in the shower. Overall, it was a good stay and we would gladly come back.”

• Easy access, clean comfortable, great staff, nearby restaurants

“Nice place to stay - especially for a business traveler. Room was clean and well arranged. Internet provisions are quite adequate. The larger desk is great if you need space. The "deli" was handy for a snack or soft drinks. 24 hour coffee is a real plus for early risers.”

• The separate suite style quarters were nice; 42" plasma a plus.
• The
  AC broke in our room, making it sweltering; other travelers had the same problem.

“Overall, it is a nice looking hotel, however the fact that such a new hotel had problems with their
AC
leaves one to wonder about the overall quality behind the facade. I would stay at another Hyatt Place again, but I would not stay at this one.”

• Nice interior, friendly, and helpful staff. Everyone was helpful beyond the call. This attitude obviously comes from the management on down. Great job.
• Hotel should have told me that they were authorizing 100.00 on my debit card at check-in.

“This hotel is great. It is a very nice facility, in a great location, with a staff who is trained to make their customer really feel like a guest. This is a great place to stay.”

• There was no hot tub and the pool water was cold.

“I love the Hyatt Place hotels. They were nice and roomy. The huge television was a plus as well as the refrigerator. This hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and very easy to get to.”

“Although I only stayed for one night, this hotel was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very well decorated, and comfortable. I would stay again, and recommend it to other quests.The price was very affordable and other hotels were a lot more and not as nice.”
