• The room was excellent. I loved the 42" TV!
• The staff was not as friendly as I expected them to be.

“The hotel was very fresh and contemporary. The room was beyond my expectations. It was very clean and roomy. There was one issue; the bathroom light burnt out and we informed the staff right away. They did not fix it during our stay, and we ended up showering in the dark. They did not fix it until one hour before check out.”

• 42" TV and cable channels were great.
• Although it had a pool, it needs a hot tub.

“Excellent renovation from its days as an Amerisuite. Everything is better, cleaner, and fancier, except the swimming pool. It is just not exciting. A small pool with no hot tub and a noisy pump/equipment. Would be better off removing the roof and at least having a nice place to sit in the sun during the summer.”

• The ice machine was broken, not much nearby.

• Incredibly difficult to find.

“Once you find it and get through the lobby remodeling construction, the room is great. Nice furniture and TV. No ice cube tray in the fridge though.”

“We went with the expectation of a 2.5 rated hotel and ended up with a 5-type experience. It had been updated since we booked it so everything was brand new and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!”

• Best room I have ever stayed in.
• Heat control would go up and down.

“Flat screen TV that turned so you could see it from the bed or the couch. Just a very relaxing room. And I got it dirt cheap.”
