• Pool was nice. Desk people were great.
• My son had a long hair in his gravy.

• Excellent front desk staff.
• Garbage bags left out on property.

“Very clean and quiet hotel, close to highway. Very nice staff. Enjoyed a Beer and Brat during the complimentary evening hour and a delicious Belgian Waffle in the morning. This may be a 2.5 star hotel but service is a 5 star.”

• Nice suite, plenty of room for us and the kids. Great breakfast.
• No indoor pool, with the rain we had that weekend, indoor pool would have been nice.

“We did not like are first room. Mud outside the door. Hotel staff very nice. Switched us without any problems to a second floor room. They even rinsed off my sons shoes that had gotten muddy. Convenient location, close to everything.”

• Location, amenities, great value. Hotel staff very responsive.
• Bug/rodent/scent device at base of wall made me dubious as to cleanliness. Mattresses definitely need to be replaced!

“This all-suites hotel, with kitchenette, was a great value. Rooms were far better than earlier described. Would stay again!”

• Very convenient location; comfortable and clean.
• Gap underneath the door allowed insects to get in.

“Nicely maintained; in a good neighborhood. The room is nice sized. This hotel is a very good choice for family traveling with children as well as business travelers.”

• Liked the size of the room, and the breakfast was outstanding.
• Didn't like that I couldn't extend my stay for 1 night like was offered on the web site.

• The room interiors were clean and neat.
• The exterior of the structure lacked what I expected from a MARRIOTT PROPERTY.

“Clean room very dates deteriorating exterior. Doors need painted wood needs painted wood needs replaced. Inflexible on late checkouts.”

• Clean, friendly, breakfast was nice, liked comfort of the room.
• Your entrance to your room is outside (my Mom didn't like that).

“I think you should think about having some of your rooms with double beds, or twin beds. I did enjoy my stay and after a while so did my family. We came from a funeral in Chicago but have found that we enjoy the Oakbrook/Downers Grove and now Lombard area also. Shopping area close by and lots of restaurants. It was very nice, we'll be back again hopefully on an more joyous trip. We will come back to the Residence Inn LOMBARD!!!”

• Great Location to all attractions.
• Very expensive parking fees - $35 per day.

“Have stayed at this hotel several times due to it's awesome location in the heart of the shopping district. Very close to restaurants and uptown. The downside is that they have an extremely expensive parking fee of $35 per day - plus tax.”
