• Lady checkout was great, rooms were spacious.
• Hotel staff was not helpful, items broken in room.

“Although the room itself was pretty nice, we had to move to another room just to watch a DVD, because the electric outlet was missing the adapter and the lady said our only option was to switch rooms (at like8pm) once in our new room, the DVD player was broke in that one!”

• Very nice room. Very comfortable.
• I thought that a hotel that nice should offer room service daily.

“The room was beautiful; comfortable. The hotel offered a very nice mix of things for the traveler continental breakfast fitness center. The only thing I think they could do is have daily housekeeping so the rooms would stay a little cleaner.”

• Large, comfortable rooms.
• Parking lot is very dark at night.

“Nice rooms with lots of space, huge kitchen with full size appliances. Rooms have been recently redone and are well appointed. Common areas are clean and quite. Hotel serves coffee and muffins/pastries in the breakfast room daily and cost is included in your room charge.”

• I liked the modern design of the room as well as the layout.
• I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a whirlpool tub.

• Very roomy and comfortable room. Convenient to freeways and restaurants.
• Staff was not overly helpful and there seemed to be a lot of people just milling about.

“This hotel would fit perfectly for a business traveler who was going to spend several days in the Chicago suburb of Lombard. The room was clean and well equipped. Although the bathroom did not have the normal amenities of shampoo, mouthwash, etc. There were a lot of people just milling the hallways and lobby when I was there. They did not seem to have a reason to be there, just hanging out. Made you feel a little strange. Staff was helpful, but was not overly accommodating. When I left for the airport at 5:30 a.m., there was not any coffee available in the lobby and there was nobody at the desk to check out. Overall, this is a decent hotel for the business traveler.”

• The hotel was very clean, and the staff was nice and friendly I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
• Well the only thing could think of is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

“I would definitely go back the location was great, every thing was right at your finger tips from shopping centers to entertainment and I would recommend it.”

• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Location and full kitchen in room.
• Pretty dirty. Drunk corporate guys pounding on doors and cursing early in morning.

“This hotel is ok. Bed was solid and the layout was ok. The desk clerk who checked me in was unfriendly and hard to understand because of very heavy accent. Carpets were dirty throughout. The young drunken corporate guys got to be a little irritating.”

• The breakfast, fast, simple and convenient.
• They need to add cereal and juice to the breakfast.

“A great place to stay that's close to many venues and with a kitchen in the room, great for families or warming up a quick dinner on those nights when you just want to stay in.”

• Room was cramped and small.

“This room is okay if you are looking for a decent place to rest. Room is cramped and small unless you pay the upgrade.”

• It was in a quiet area.
• It was dirty. I had to clean the toilet when I arrived.

“I arrived late the night of check-in and had to clean dried urine off the toilet. There was something spilled in the freezer along with hair. (Can this be grosser?) There was no mattress pad or cover, only a very thin fitted sheet. The bedspread had stains and holes in it. There were greasy fingerprints on the TV screen. Bathroom did not have shampoo. You have to change out your own towels at the front desk. Maid service costs extra.”

• How can I? The hotel didn't honor my reservation.
• The front desk staff was rude.

“We traveled all day (about 12 hours) and arrived 10:00 pm to the hotel. It was pouring rain out and the man at the front desk said he was "over sold" and would not honor our reservation. After traveling all day, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. They sent us to a sister property about 4 miles down the road, that was not nearly as nice as this property. I felt like the bait and switch was clearly on here. I will never stay there again.”

• Smoking room was provided when a non-smoking room was requested.

“I was unable to stay in this hotel due to being placed in a smoking room when a non-smoking room was requested. I was told that there was no non-smoking rooms available and had to leave the hotel with no refund. I am strongly inclined to avoid this hotel in the future.”
