• The room was very comfortable and clean.

“The room was very comfortable and clean, modern decor. Far exceeded my expectations and the deal we received on Priceline was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here the next time my family and I travel to Chicago.”

• The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
• The staff was not very accommodating. In fact, I have never been treated so rudely by hotel staff before, even at a lower star hotel.

“The accommodations were nice in the room. The lobby and location of the hotel was great and beautiful. It had some nice amenities such as a pool and fitness room. One of the elevators was broken though, and it took us 20 minutes each time we needed to go to the lobby; but that I would think would be a one time thing. The staff was not friendly at all and at one point was very rude to our group and another couple who we did not know. I will not return to this hotel considering there are better hotels with the same price and amenities right down the street where I have had better service.”

• We enjoyed the suite. Good to have two seprate rooms.

“This hotel is close to a major highway and two large shopping malls. We were trying to get a jump on Christmas shopping and were successful. We also enjoyed being able to return to our room for a quick nap and football game. The room was extremely quiet allowing us to do this.

• Large rooms, very quiet and excellent pool/spa.
• They did not have free internet unless you used their computers.

“Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Large rooms and great pool/spa facility. Our kids had a great time. Everything that we needed was right around the corner; many restaurants and stores, etc. We will definitely come back here next year for the same event.”

• They made sure we received a free breakfast at the hotel they moved us to.
• We arrived at 10:30, we were tired. They over booked themselves and sold our room to someone else.

“When we got to the hotel, they said they over booked and we did not have a room! Although they did find us a room at a different hotel, less then 10 minutes away. The other hotel room was very small. They did make sure we received a free breakfast at the new hotel. So they handled their mistake very well and did the best they could to make sure we were satisfied.”

• I liked everything.

“It was one of the nicest experiences I have had a hotel. Everything was wonderful, from the rooms to the good food and service in the restaurant, coffee in the morning, newspaper, cold drinks set up in the lobby, clean, very attractive.”

• We only got one cup regular coffee in a room for two people.

• Super comfy beds and linens.
• Room service food not so great.

“Stayed here with three older teens en route from Nashville to Minneapolis for a concert. They took the train into Chicago and had a great time; they enjoyed the indoor pool and I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. Clean facility and surprisingly nice for the price. Hotel was empty our final night and they upgraded us to a double suite at no charge.”

• The room is spacious, clean and interior suited my taste.
• Actually I cannot think of any.

“I and my wife and other friends liked the hotel a lot. Its clean, spacious, and interior looks really good. Its little far from Chicago downtown, which we planned to visit during our trip. All the facilities are good and well maintained, with an option to print your boarding passes in case you are flying out of Chicago.”

• The location, staff & room was excellent. Will definitely stay there again!
• Even for a hotel bar they were very high in price. The bar tender was very friendly.

“From the time we walked into the hotel to the time we left it was a great experience. The hotel grounds were well landscaped & clean. The lobby was spotless & inviting. The staff no matter what time of day were attentive & very helpful. We bumped into the manager he asked us about our stay & if he could help us with anything. He was a very nice gentleman. The room was very clean & larger than we expected. The bed, linens & pillows were delightful after a day of site seeing. The location was excellent. Quite setting yet only about 5 minutes to the train & 15 minutes to great shopping. We will definitely be back for another visit as well as consider other Marriott Suite locations.”

• The hotel staff was less than friendly.

“It is a nice hotel, Very attractive until you get really close-up (baseboard, etc.) The room was spacious and the restaurant downstairs was good. The desk staff was less than friendly but the wait staff was on par.”

• Convenient to upscale shopping and variety of excellent restaurants.
• Ice and snow had not been cleaned for the Handicapped parking area.

“My wife and I enjoyed the quality and service provided. It lives up to my expectations of a 3-star hotel. However, it caters to families and youth sporting events in the area. Expect a high percentage of the hotel guests to be participants of the youth sporting events.”
